MudBums Sports Grill — Restaurant in McMinnville

Honestly so disappointed in my experience here. I ordered $40 worth of food. Got the cheese pizza, spin dip pizza, cheese sticks, Texas tooth picks, fried pickles and cheese fries.

Let’s start with the cheese fries.

My entire family is long time vegetarians. My daughter has been her entire life. No where on the menu on their website does it list bacon on the fries. I live about 40 minutes away and got home and the fries are slathered with bacon. I called and asked if I could come exchange them for some without bacon tonight or tomorrow and they told me bacon is listed on their physical menus... well I ordered the food from home after looking at their menu online (which does not list bacon!). They told me they would not exchange them or refund them. As a business owner I’m shocked that a restaurant would not be jumping through hoops to please a customer during the COVID pandemic. The restaurant was empty so that makes me even more surprised. I’ve never seen someone not willing to exchange food...

As for the rest of the food -

All the appetizers came out extremely soggy. Had to put them in the oven to get them edible.

Pizzas were both stuck to the cardboard (Tasted like cardboard too).

We ordered to go for my family on a Saturday night. I I should have realized not to order in the beginning when they put me on hold for 10 minutes and I had to hang up and call back. Then when I picked up my food one of the items was a fried chicken salad. When I got home and opened up my food my salad had been stuck underneath a warmer and the lettuce was wilted and the cheese was melted and everything was slimy. When I called back to let them know so that I could get a new salad I was told I could bring the lettuce and cheese back and they would give me new lettuce and cheese they were unwilling to replace my salad as a whole. I'd ordered my children's cheeseburgers with ketchup mustard and pickle only as kids tend to be picky my kids not only had everything on their burgers but there was mayonnaise which neither one of my children will eat and there was onions smooshed into the cheese which were hard to pull off the burger. This has only been the second time that we have eaten at this restaurant the first time was horrible as well so I should have known better. PS I have been in the food service industry for over 10 years. so I'm usually not hard or picky to deal with as I know things can happen. But this restaurant is ridiculous the food is disgusting the service is poor and the management needs to be replaced please do not spend your hard-earned money at this...

6 of us went here between my grandsons basketballs game. When we went in there was a big dry erase board that said due to the food shortage they might be out of some items. We placed our orders and everything was available. We ordered a side of fries for $3 and when they came there was about 15 fries in the basket. We order one order of wings that were supposed to be 10 for $10 and another order of 25 wings that were supposed to be $21. When we got the check we were charged $14 for the 10 wings and $30 for the 25. We told the waitress we were overcharged and she said it's on the sign. So we looked at the sign and on an 8 1/2 x 11 blue piece of paper in very faded yellow riding it said that some prices might be higher due to the food shortage but it was never mentioned when we placed our order or noted on the menus that the wing prices were 40% higher than shown. I'm not sure this is even legal to charge more than what is advertised without it being noted but they just said sorry you should have read the sign. Even though the sign didn't say what prices were higher or that they were 40% higher. The food was OK but at those prices and the trickery way of charging more we won't be going back. $1.40 per wing...
