Went for my sisters bridal party try on and had her pick out 6 dresses for her to try on and she struggled with one dress . Associate went to get another dress and it wouldn’t go over her hips and associate kept forcing dress and ripped it . She was looking for something that fit her style and her shape and size and kept giving her dirty looks because she’s a plus sized more figured woman . My sister felt fat shamed without being fat shamed and walked out super upset . She also wanted to try on another dress and the associate wouldn’t let her because they were samples in which 99.995% of the dresses in store were samples . Super disappointed and don’t ever recommend going there unless your petite and fit dresses in sizes 8-14 pretty sad I would say for a bridal store . Also couldn’t visually see the bridesmaids dresses because they were tucked away in a corner next to the bathroom area the front was all bridal dresses and they hardly had any tuxedos in store to look at and associates didn’t make us feel comfortable with being there . The associate had her put on a robe that didn’t even cover her fully and all the accessories for the dresses were tucked away in the corner by the dress stand and they were all...

This was my first place I went to with my sisters to try on wedding dresses. I had some ideas of what I was looking for, but you honestly don’t know until you try it on, it feels right and you feel good in your dress. Brenda and Grace were so nice and helpful. I had such a personal consultation experience. I was able to walk around in the dresses and add a veil to experience the full experience. I did however end up having an overwhelming breakdown, because I tried on a handful of dresses and was even narrowing it down of what I was looking for in my dream dress. At the same time in my mind, as a bride I felt like I needed to find a dress that day. I was reassured by my supporting sisters with their honest and loving opinions and by Brenda that all they cared about is that I was happy with what I chose. I could feel the passion with the personal consultation experience with Brenda and I felt relieved that there was no pressure to buy a wedding dress that day. In the end, I found my dream wedding dress and I was so happy and excited that come this October I will be walking down in this amazing and beautiful dress. Zero stars! Horrible store! Horrible experience! I odered a dress from Brooklyn and co bridal in April 2021. It came in very late AND didn’t fit after 5 months of waiting and loosing 35 pds. Four wks before my wedding Brenda is ripping it apart while I’m in tears. Their seamstress Lori is the rudest person on earth. She actually walked out after exclaiming this isn’t the dress for me. Well, actually her or Megan their associate. She is a complete detriment to this business as well. Both absolutely terrible people that should not be in customer service let alone the bridal world! No one even tried to find me a different size in the US or even get more material from allure. Brenda ordered me a size 12 but didn’t take or write down any measurements?! What????
