Mattress Haven — Hotel in McPherson

Was sent here for a refrigerator repair. Worst company i have ever dealt with. the owners here are very rude and just make excuses. the service tech is a joke. I had to pay a big service fee before they would even send the guy over to look at it. Then had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. When he finally showed up, he just plugged it in and say yup it's broke. Ya l know that's why you were called. he spent less than a minute in my house did no diagnostic tests. He couldnt tell me what exactly was wrong or why. He said i just know. He didn't. the owners assured me they knew what they were doing and have done it before. They didn't. I waited over 3 months for them to get parts and make a repair appointment. the day before they are supposed to finally come fix it they message and say they can't do it now. all of a sudden its to much for them to handle even though they said they have experience with my system and the repair. I wasted 3 months of my life without a fridge waiting and trusting mattress haven. -10 stars they are rude ,liars who have no problem putting and leaving your family down and out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME they do not care Mattress Haven you should be ashamed of yourself for what you have done to my family and the other families that...

My husband has recently developed some physical issues with his back which made us think mattress shopping would be a real trick. But, not at Mattress Haven!

Mike is extremely knowledgable and takes time to listen and understand your personal mattress needs and he definitely stands by his warranty! When the original mattress we selected turned out to be too soft for my husband's back issues, Mike worked with us to find one that suited my husband's needs better -- with an upbeat attitude! The exchange was happily made with stellar service and a smile.

This was an absolutely phenomenal experience! My son and I just moved here from out of the country and needed a washer and dryer, they worked with me on price and payment and made me a great deal!
