I hv to say you are amazing. You are so thoughtful and so compassionate even with the large weight placed on your shoulders during this time that no one could ever see coming. I really respect you. Your kindness has greatly impacted me, and I'm so grateful that people that are out there that are truly hurting inside may be able to come in even 1 at a time (lol) and be greeted by you and leave with sunshine in their hearts that they didnt have before they went in. I am blown away by the associates at this store and the couple who runs it! The latest staff that assisted me was Autumn, Alex, Sierra and Kelly. Seirra went out of her way to get me the best savings possible and raxk up those points and was so kind through my checkout process. the whole team is incredibly helpful and really just wonderful people. Very kind staff! Great prices if you are a buyer. I do think they need to make changes as far as the items that they take and the money that they give the seller. I only tried selling things once and I felt incredibly disappointed with how much money I was given back (a dollar or less per item). If the items had been worn over and over again, I totally would have understood, but all of the items were new with tags or only had been worn once and were in amazing condition. One of the books was already on sale in the store for $17, but I got a dollar (or less) for the same item? I have so many maternity clothes and kids clothes that are like new but I won't be bringing in any more items. I would feel better giving them to friends who have kids or are pregnant than getting a dollar or less for the items. I am soooo bummed though! I was so excited at the idea of being able to make some money but it has to be a fair...

Such a waste of time as the young employees there are helpless with helping customers like myself with finding items because this business doesn't have a way to track and keep of the inventory they carry which I think is very sad considering all the items they take in daily for resale. It's become very overwhelming to walk in there with isles being cluttered with basket and containers of stuff for sale. This store really needs to have a more open feel to shop without feeling like your going to have something fall on top of you or fear of kicking something on the floor. Also the amount of items they throw away in their dumpster that could be donated in the box right across from their back door is a disgrace. I see people dumpster diving in their dumpster all the time pulling our toys and...
