I eat from this location almost every other day, LITERALLY. I called and informed the lady who answered the phone (MIRANDA) to please let the cooks know to toss the wings well and please let it be hot, because I ordered maybe 2 days prior and had to get my food remade because the wings were overcooked and cold. She asked my name and said okay. MIRANDA does NOT BELONG in a field where she has to interact with people (my OPINION based off her attitude and actions). I will NOT make this about race. I have witnessed her on several occasions smile and cater to men, while I am dining in or waiting for my food. On 7/22/24 I had 2 pick up orders. As I approached the bar, she was hand delivering a black man his food while he sat waiting at the small table near the bar. When I got to the bar she was about to make 2 beers for patrons that were already seated. Before pouring, she looks at me with such a frown and asked what did I need. I replied I was picking up. She asked my name and I stated "Walker". She says you can get your bag and points to the 3 bags on the bar. I said to her "so you want me to go through these bags to see which one is mine" she said the first one is yours. I said to her, "I have 2 orders, are both orders in the same bag" she puts the 2 glasses down and says the word "RIDICOULOUS" as she walks towards me. I asked "what is ridiculous" she waited until she reached me and said "I didn't say that" she proceeds to look at the bags and hands me the first bag, she kind of tosses the middle bag to the point where the box on top falls to the side, she slides over the 3rd bag. I said "so it wasn't JUST the 1st bag" she sarcastically said "IT WAS THE FIRST BAG". Her attitude is not pleasant at all and her demeanor is not welcoming. In ANY Establishment, the customers are the reason for our paychecks. I spoke with Johnathan about her attitude. I get almost 15 minutes away and realize she didn't even give me all of the items I PAID FOR. I guess she was too busy being RUDE. I should have checked my order but I just wanted to leave. I get home and my fries are not just cold, not warm but cold, but they were stiff as if they had been made early in the day. 1 order of the 6 wings were just as cold. PAST P**D & DISAPPOINTED. I will have to give this location a long break. Bad customer service and bad food for my money...

Rude employees including manager Jonathan not interested in the customer being correct when they are the one that was not around when I was handed a bag with missing food and an attitude that it wasn’t there problem and they expect me to just take something else in exchange for what I actually ordered since they were out. BUT when I look at my order and you don’t mention I’m missing an expensive item that feels like stealing to me. I stated I didn’t want anything else just a refund of that item but after an employee threatened me and was willing to fight instead of just refunding me cause they had to wait for a manager which took over 15 minutes should never happen. Any other business that took an order and didn’t have something would have refunded or let me know immediately but they took a terrible approach and were shocked I’d feel like they were trying to steal when not immediately refunding so after the experience they lost the whole order as the rest of the food sitting on a counter for this entire exchange is cold and I’m certainly not have people like this make my order again. They didn’t just lose a customer that has had bad experiences here before and tried again for this to be the worst ever but this time not 1 cent of my money or my family’s will EVER be spent here again. It’s a shame that this Mechanicsville location is the worst ever. Hope they can afford to lose customers like this because I know others that have had similar experiences with food and service here. No one took the approach of they were sorry but it seemed to be no one fault to own up to just a simple refund and be honest not pretending the whole order was there. A simple Sorry goes a long way if it were the first words out of your mouth or the managers instead of blaming me for being upset after waiting for him as the only one that can refund for over 15 mins on a Togo order. Read moreI placed a $30 pickup order on the BWW website for Mechanicsville, VA. The site posted a Promo Code for 6 free wings with any order over $10 using Promo Code GOWINGS. When I went to pickup my order, I did not receive the 6 free wings so I asked the counter clerk how to remedy this issue. I was told I did not provide the information correctly when I ordered so I wouldn't be able to receive the free wings on this order. I told her I did not think that was fair because I completed everything the site required, and asked if I could speak to the manager. The manager told me that there was nothing he could do because they were on a "different system." I was appalled at this response and the fact that he was not interested in making any attempt at honoring the promo, so I decided to return the food I had ordered. I then asked the manager if he would rather lose a $30 order than honor the promo code and he just shrugged. When I asked him for my refund, he said he had requested it. I then asked for some proof that I would be receiving a refund (given his disinterest) and he gave me a copy of my paid receipt. I told him that there was nothing on the receipt that indicated I was due a refund and that I either wanted my money returned or proof that I would receive a refund. He then went to the back of the store and came out with a copy of an email that he sent somewhere saying that I requested a refund. Nothing on the email said I would be receiving a refund, so I went to my bank and disputed the payment and reported the problem. Below is a picture of the website promo code. Please also be advised that I gave one star as my overall experience only because I was forced to put something in that area in order to continue forward with my complaint, otherwise I would have left that area blank.
