PLEASE REMOVE EVERY PICTURE YOUR SHOP TOOK OF MY NAILS FROM YOUR FB page...I just left the shop and had this horrible experience with the owner. I have been going here for almost a year and NEVER had an issue until I sat down in the owner's chair. Previous experience with the owner's wife was ALWAYS pleasant. The week she is on vacation it goes left. I explained to him that I didn't like the shape of my nails. He kept saying it was my natural shape. I told him it was his acrylic application that was causing my nails to look that way. Plus he flooded my cuticles with acrylic. His remedy was to literally file over my cuticles. When pulled my nail back, no I am sorry, just kept going. I noticed that when he filed my nail part of my natural nail came off at the side. I asked was that my nail. He asked do you not want me to file under your nails? With such sarcasm. I asked for someone else to finish my nails and that I would wait. So that point he said I had an attitude and said to leave. I am floored. He does the worse nails there. He was totally offended and was the only one with the attitude. And has the most foul discussions with his "clients" that I don't know how anyone who works for him isnt embarrassed. Read moreThis shop was recommended to me by an employer at work very nice location, but my experience was horrible. I suffer from cancer. I undergo vigorous treatment. All I want was peace and to get a full set done well, a male employer heavyset was very disrespectful. The comments he made because I didn’t wanna interact with conversation !!!!! because At the moment I was in pain… and the medicines that the cancer center gives isn’t long active. He was very aggressive with my hands even though I explained to him in the nicest way possible that I’m just not in a space to have conversation, he wanted to know where I work ! my name and where I’m from… I told him in the nicest way possible that I didn’t want to really talk at this moment. I just want to sit in silence. I shouldn’t have to explain what I’m going through to a stranger, especially when I’m paying for Services.. he got upset and He made several comments about me affording my nail set. Read moreI was there in shop today. First time ….The guy who was working on my nails had to take a cigarette break first. He presented as being very irritable when I asked him why he was being so rough. He denied being rough then asked me if I wanted him to continue. He suggested that I could go somewhere else to get my nails done. I told him to continue. A few seconds later, he stopped..asked me if I was okay and then engaged in a back and forth about him not being obligated to offer the service. He stated that he could ask me to leave. I asked him why would he do that. He then stated again, “I have the right to refuse you service”. Without any furthering prompting from me…he stated “you can leave. I am refusing you service. “Sorry mam”. To which I said, You don’t have to be sorry”. Then he said, “well I’m not sorry”. When I asked for his name he told me not to worry about it.
