Update 2/3/2024: still awful. Always out of ingredients (today it was a total of at least 6 items that we always order that we're not available - steak (AND carne asada), veggies, mild salsa, vinaigrette dressing, chips, fruit). No board to communicate what they're out of while in line, no offers for more of one ingredient. Asked for a side of guac, but they only had large guac cups....so rather than give a side portion in a large cup, they charged us for way more guac than we wanted. I review on their online portal and on Google, and it never gets better.
Update 11/12/2021: this place is still awful. Hard to believe they could get worse, but it's like they're trying to get the worst chipotle in the nation award. They can't deliver a timely product, despite online only ordering.
Update 8/22/2021: this place continues to have major issues. Just read the reviews on Facebook. We ordered from there today and got the wrong orders, and they did not give us the tortilla chips we paid for. One of our orders was for someone who was lactose intolerant, and they put cheese and sour cream all over the order, which didn't match the description on the lid. The online ordering only model makes it really hard for customers to check orders for accuracy. Shameful. Go to Moe's down the street, or Panera next door.
Original review: This place consistently gets our online orders wrong. They have given us regular quesadillas when we order chicken quesadillas. And my wife orders the salad because she likes the dressing, but they never place the dressing in the bag eve though it says it right on the receipt.
The people who work here are either dishonest, incompetent or both. This is specific to this location as we generally have decent experiences at chipotle

one person ahead of me who was was black was greeted with a good morning from a white female associate. more then 10 other employees were in the back who saw me come in and not one greeted me the same way to let me know they were still setting up even tough everything on the counter was set up.
when a black associate asked for my order NO SMILE and NO greeting of good morning like the customer ahead of me got. the people did not hear my order when i said i would like a bowl and a burrito and only proceed to give me a bowl. then the black associate slid my bowl for the white associate to continue shouting at me to calm down and saying they just open. the rest of the female black associates joined her and was complaining that they first open and was not ready or appear to be in the right mood to take my order right after they helped 1 female black customer. I felt like I was racial discriminated against from these female associates at this location at the start of Chipotle's business hour which is lunch time for most people. Why do the female associates look exhausted for just starting their shift of the day and can not smile or say simple good morning to all customers?
this location has huge racial discrimination with it's associates to their customers and the guacamole was brown at 10:30 am because no one stirred it from taking it out of the fridge and they do not practice food safety practices with customers getting sick with food poisoning.

I am really not sure how they have any positive reviews unless they paid off people to put them. My husband and I walked in on Saturday night at 8:30pm (they close at 10pm and other locations at 11pm) as soon as we walked in, we noticed the huffs and puffs of our existence just ruining the staff's night, not to mention there was a line back to the door and I noticed 6 other people walk out while waiting in line in front of us. As we got closer, we noticed how disgusting the food line was and how they were essentially out of everything (which is all the time they, are always out of food)..One worker had her air pods in and wasn't even speaking to guests as they approached, the other walked up and decided to partake in a conversation speaking negatively about her coworkers and the other patrons who had walked out. I mean if don't want to work don't have a job, especially one where you have to speak to people. As a prior retail store manager of 10 years this is the worse customer service you will receive, this store needs a total revamp starting with the employees first. Tempted to call the health department for how disgusting the whole store looked to be honest, also watched them scoop food out of the bowls they were about to serve before people walked out and just throw it back in the line like nothing happened.
