This review is a bit overdue. I have been in talks with Steve H. about a year or 2 before i pulled the trigger last year to get my pool renovated. There was NOT a pushy saleperson atmosphere with Jersey Pools. Always respectful and understanding and very helpful with going over every possible option from total removal and replace of old Sylvan concrete pool to a renovation of what i had already. Ultimately, i went with a renovation. I chose what i thought was a nice color in Pebble Sheen and picked out tiles and signed the contract, and gave a deposit. Steve G was then my main point of contact from that point on. Steve G's communication from that point on was perfect. He took my ideas and molded them into a masterpiece. He smoothed out harsh lines i made in the pool decking to make beautiful transitions and contours to the edges of my concrete. Steve also made a last-minute change to the pebble sheen color due to my dark blue house. The Pebble Sheen color i chose would have ended up looking green. I believe we chose "Prism blue," but Steve said, "Blue surf" would complament the house much better. That last-minute audible was CRUCIAL. Our pool looks medium to dark blue. Doesn't look green at all, thank goodness! The multiple site meetings with the contractors and employees were much needed to iron out final details, and everyone was respectful and cooperative. For instance, i met with the concrete company, and we talked about color to go well with our setup. Also, i was putting in a gas fire pit, and they helped find the final grade of concrete so i can put the gas line at an appropriate height. Everything just went very smoothly. I spoke with all the workers to some extent, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful if i needed to do anything like put up a bit of azek board up where the concrete meets the house. Every time we have a party, we get so many complaments on how beautiful our pool and concrete decking looks. The lights they set up are perfect to illuminate the 30,000 gallon pool. They put a return by the steps so when we turn the gas heater on, it becomes a hot tub! I wouldn't do anything different with our pool. I am 100% satisfied with the result of all the work. Now, a year later, i was so happy i decided to give their pool service a try. Everyone is very nice and is taking care of my pool, and i have not had to add a single chemical to the pool. Strongly recommend checking out Extreme Ski Shop. We recently rented gear here for a 2 day Ski trip to West Virginia. We rented a set of adult skis/boots and a youth set of the same - both of which were exceptionally well fitted and tuned for our needs. The fitting was done ahead of time, which meant when it came time to pickup gear the process was incredibly fast and easy, getting us on our way to the mountain even faster. The quality of the gear far exceeded what we'd have gotten on the mountain, but despite the quality, better fit and easier process, the 4 day rental cost was STILL less than we would have paid for a 2 day rental on the mountain.

Probably most important - service was absolutely top notch. We did have an issue that when we picked up - the night before we left - we didn't get poles with the adult rental. Now this is partially my fault, I didn't notice they weren't there when getting the gear in the car, but Extreme Ski Shop owned it. I sent a message via Instagram and got a response within an hour, despite the shop being 2 hour passed closing time. The shop delivered the poles to my front door that night so there was no interruption to our departure time.
