First of all, I currently live in Arizona as a former, lifelong NJ resident. I chose Medford Florist for my sister's birthday flowers not knowing what to expect. I am so glad I went with my gut after seeing the beautiful pictures of the various arrangements on their website. Long story short, this is such a wonderful business that responds to unexpected curveballs thrown at them.

I asked that an arrangement be sent on my sister's birthday. Later that day, I found out that my sister was going on a mini birthday trip and would not be home on the day of delivery! Yikes. Needless to say, I had a most unsettled night, worrying that the flowers would be delivered before I could try to intervene. Complicating things, there's a 3 hour time difference between AZ and NJ, so I wasn't sure I'd reach out in time. Luckily, Simon, whom I'd spoken to when placing the order, remembered me. He assured me that a new delivery date after my sister's return could easily be arranged. So, all turned out well on that end.

Now, to the flowers. I chose an arrangement with 5 pink roses as pictured on line. My sister received them, as promised, today. She loved them! I also received a picture from her and the execution far exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful.

I'm writing to commend Simon for coming to my resuce in changing the delivery date at the last moment. Most importantly, though, if you are considering choosing a florist from afar, as I did, you can rest assured that Medford Florist is top notch in design and customer service. Came to Medford Florist in a pinch when I needed a bouquet made for my Fiancés bridal shower the day of. The online flower website I originally used didn’t deliver the flowers on time so I needed a local spot to pickup and boy am I glad I found this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind woman as well as the owner Simon. After explaining everything, they went right to work to make me something my future wife would like based on the info I gave them. I was beyond impressed with the level of detail, beauty and knowledge both of them displayed with the bouquet they made me in such a short amount of time.
