Visited on 11-19-22 11:30am I was really excited to go in for latte flights since they've been advertising it, and it's so much closer than anywhere else that does it to us. The place is super cute and clean. Upon ordering the latte flights the young man at the register was very nice, the woman making the drinks was really rude and started openly complaining in front of us about having to make the flights, the man at the register having to console her saying "it's ok i'll do it it's ok" then we're told we cant pick which latte's we get. Ok' dissappointing but we came all this way just for the flights, we also got food..which was good. But the flights were terrible. The evergreen matcha tasted like louisiana bayou water. I couldnt even get it down loaded up with sugar..the cranberry one was also pretty awful but i was able to choke down half of it loaded up with sugar..the pumpkin spice cookie one was very good and we liked that one. So we basically couldnt pick our latte flavors and 2/3 were awful. We dropped 50 bucks on this and was highly dissapointed..then feeling bad that the girl was so flustered over making them we decided to leave a 5$ tip in the jar. I couldnt find it so i asked her where the tip jar is..she just smacked the jar as she walked by and said nothing. Very rude..and the place was not packed, maybe 6 people sitting at tables and 1 in line..i mean come on..i worked at starbucks in the past and it was so busy my head could spin off and i would never act this way to customers..especially when they are actively trying to tip you!!!! Me and my SIL love doing this latte flight date once ina while and we will just make the extra drive to the othe coffee shops who do this. Just a terrible experience here..what a shame because this place is 20 mins...
Read moreI'm really not the biggest fan of these guys because they sell me exactly the same coffee that they brew there in-house and when you order is in-house, it literally tastes delicious from the first sip...to the last drop. I don't know what kind of dark magic they summon to make this coffee, but it's better than any Starbucks, DD, and pretty much every other coffee house I've been to. I like their coffee more than the Illi in Italy and I like it better than the coffeehouses in France or Germany. These guys really....really know their stuff. And don't think that I don't like their bulk coffee at home. I still buy it...still take it home...still grind it myself and use the pour-over method to brew it and yes, still LOVE it. Oh yeah...they'll even take the time to explain to you any hints or ideas they have as to how to brew your coffee at home better. My favorite is the Brazillian or Nicaraguan, but they have so many other great choices. ...
Read moreI visit this place every chance I get. The coffee is delicious, and they have several ways of brewing ranging from your run of the mill drip coffee to pour over, and beyond if you ask. They have a wide variety of single origin coffees, and if you buy beans there, your product is guaranteed fresh. They also have a decent selection of teas and iced beverages.
The great staff compliments the tasty coffee. There are only a few of them working there, but they are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It's little things they ask and talk about that really complete the experience, such as asking how your day is going, and if you want any room for milk or cream in your beverage. They are completely understanding if you just want to grab your coffee and go, or if you want to relax have a conversation.
Couldn't recommend this place more. Best roastery and coffee shop in the area with a mission to liven up...
