First thing I’d recommend going to any other running co over this location. I walked in with my girlfriend to try on some shoes and find what the right size was for me, started off the conversation with asking if they had any Clifton 8s in stock, which the answer was no and that I just wanted to try on some shoes. So I figured let me at least see what size fits me, the person at the front desk insisted on doing a complete size guide for me which I appreciated. After the testing was done I informed the worker that I wouldn’t be purchasing the shoes today(since I’m looking for Clifton 8s and they only had 9s) and was then berated by the worker claiming “I’m the lowest level of person who would come into a store just to get his sizing”. He would also laugh at you if you didn’t understand his footwear terminology. By far the worst experience Ive had at a store, worker needs to work on his customer service especially after he finds out you’re not buying anything. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and have worn the same shoe for a out 15 years, that is until they "upgraded" it. Now I can't wear them at all! I have purchased 5 or 6 pair of sneakers in as many months with no luck. Sore legs and feet, blisters. My chiropractor recommended that I go to a running store to be fitted for a proper pair of shoes.

So ok, I go over hear and the man(who's name o forget) has me walk in stocking feet, measures my feet and recommends arch support with an insert. 3 or 4 pair later, Magic! Thank God!

I recently picked up running and was having some foot pain. I came in and Jeff helped to identify my overpronation problem and gave me a good running shoe that solved the problem. He suggested two pairs. I bought one but thought it was a little tight, so I brought it back and exchanged it for the other one since they have a 14 day return policy, even if the shoe is used, which is amazing.
