Overall over-priced for the lack of attention to detail. Spent 3 years growing out my hair so I can style it how I want in various updos and braids. Went in for a haircut since it was getting way too long. I measured my hair out before I went in to know how much I wanted taken off so I can still do what I normally do with it. Read the various bios and selected one that had more experience.

I asked for 6-8 inches off. I didn't realize that a layer in the back was created that is way shorter than that. When we went over it she said the longest portion would be to my bra line which is what I wanted but there is now another layer that is 3-4 inches shorter than that in the back. The stylist only said it would be shorter in the front so it would flair which I gave the okay of. Now my hair is awkwardly long and I'm unable to put my hair in a simple updo like a bun or braid it without these weird strands sticking out since there is this odd short layer. How it is styled when my hair is down also keeps getting in my face as a result of the weight of it.

Went in to try to get it fixed. Another stylist did the she best she could to even it out and not make it shorter. I’m typically asked what I do with my hair so this mistake could be avoided. Not the best experience for a higher cost place.

THE BEST PLACE TO GO GET YOURSELF PAMPERED! I mean THE BEST! I tried their facial, massage, laser hair removal. I’m also in the beauty industry myself for 15 years now so I know how hard it is to do what they do here. Top of the line productS! Most accommodate schedule! Friendly faces! And most of all are best services ever. Especially their laser machines are unbelievable! I only got 2 treatments on my legs and even after the 1st treatment, I didn’t have to shave at all for 6weeks now. Even with waxing, I would normally see bumps and my hair would grow back like weed after couple of days. But not anymore! I’m lazy about writing review since my English is not good anyway. But this is a life changing experience! I’m so thankful for Zubeda and her staffs for doing what they do. Now I can feel like a girl with short on and don’t have to be late whenever I go out since I don’t have to shave my hairy legs anymore. Thank you again and again! Just had the best mani/pedi at this salon! I’m usually particular with how my nails are done and I couldn’t be happier with how they came out. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and the staff was extremely friendly! I was also impressed with all of the extra little touches like a phones charging station in the waiting area and coffee machine that dispenses Starbucks coffee!! (It’s the small things haha!)
