The service is good as long as you want to spend money, but as soon as you need to cancel a policy, it becomes a huge problem. All the sudden they aren't getting messages from the customer service center and they need a specific reason to cancel a policy. If I'm paying my money and the policy is in my name and I want it canceled, I should just be able to cancel without having to jump through hoops and make up reasons to cancel the policy. I eventually got done what needed to get done and the office manager did a great job, but the initial service I received when calling to remove one of my policies was appalling. I am the main account holder and the one paying the bill. If I say I want someone removed from my account, YOU DO NOT CALL THAT PERSON AND DISCUSS MY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
