This was a family road trip and one of the very best ones we've taken. We had so much fun. We toured Graceland with John Stamos as the narrator, saw the Presley graves, and had an amazing time going thru the buildings of Elvis'many awards, vehicles, and concert and movie clothes. We had lunch at Gladys' Diner (great fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches!) named after Elvis' mother. There was also a bbq restaurant named Vernon's Smokehouse (after Elvis' dad) and an ice cream shop named after Elvis'grandmother called Minnie Mae's Sweets. We hope to try those next time. There were gift shops with a variety of Elvis' themed items...something for everyone! There were video clips, a display of celebrity accounts of how he influenced and inspired them, a display of the making of the new Austin Butler Elvis Biopic, even interactive areas where you can be superimposed into Elvis' movies. We also were able to go aboard the Lisa Marie and another smaller plane. This was a great experience for us, and we look forward to going again and next time staying at The Guesthouse which is a great looking hotel right across the street from Graceland. We ended the trip by signing the stone wall outside the mansion and looking at signatures from all over the world. We highly recommend going to Elvis Presley's Memphis.

We booked tickets in advance and arrived early hence the delay to go in. Great parking lot, food restrooms, it's. Bit like a theme park and had everything you need there. Shuttle bus over to Graceland mansion and timely entry into the house. Good iPads with tour information, didn't feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed being here. Beautifully kept grounds and memorial garden and ample opportunities for photo's. Great exhibition Hall's with everything you need to tell the history of Elvis and his rise to fame, how planes, cars, outfits. Plenty of memorabilia to buy. Restaurants were good I had a gluten free Pizza $14.99, there's burgers, salads, milkshakes were also excellent. We stopped and had an ice-cream before we left. We had good service off Tiffany (Cleaner in restroom in Ice-cream parlour. A young girl with unusual name also in the ice-cream parlour, apologies her name excapes me. I would say the rest of the staff were serly, verging on rude and most unhelpful. Very disappointed in the customer service from a majority of the young people there. Apart from that it's definitely a must to visit and see this brilliantly preserved American royalty.

I am not an Elvis fan, so it is hard for me to give it a five star based on my experience. The parking lot attendant was very kind unfortunately they charge you $10 to park. Once you park, you can go buy your ticket and that’s pretty pricey. They have different prices for different activities. If you wanted to go see the Graceland house that’s an $84 cost. In my opinion, you better be a diehard fan. If you want to pay that much to go see somebody’s house you will be able to see upstairs downstairs the back and walk around. I am sure you can find a lot of exhibits seen at the museum and other places as you travel. Because some of the staff members were not as friendly, that’s the reason for the low score. I believe if that’s your business treat people nice to make them return customers on this day. I decided to walk away, so no loss and I kept my money. I went on a Tuesday afternoon. It was packed and it had plenty of people. You could see some of the people walking around that were not interested in the museum with their heads down almost as they were bored. If you go, I hope you enjoy it. I hope you’re a fan of Elvis and enjoy hisexhibit.

On our trip back to Texas after visiting San Jude Hospital; We stopped at the Elvis museum. We stopped in our RV in the parking lot of the bus stop momentarily in what we discerned if our six children (3 to 13) were motivated to participate. At that time a female dressed as an officer left the cabin at the entrance and started shouting at us. More than 100 ft from us and in front of my children and clients we could not believe that it was us. At the insistence of her screams and realizing that there was no more than one man waiting at the stop next to us, we understood that she was yelling at us. We could not believe their lack of respect and charity to prospective clients. My 6 year old girl ran away scared. I told her weld move. However, she continued her aggressive behavior. I regret having stayed with this impression of the beautiful people of Tenesse. I regret not having contributed more to your economy. I urge the staff to evaluate and assign a more welcoming representation to be the first impression of one of the most important tourist places in the state. My wife and I decided to continue the trip. Thank you for your attention and this happened on 3/9/2020...
