This is the most ghetto unprofessional location that I’ve ever visited. After they messed up my order, the banana split was wrong and in the wrong container The black male manager on duty yesterday 5/15/2024 at around 3:30 pm was very ghetto and needs to learn how to speak to customers. My last visit for a banana split included the wrong ice cream flavors, so that is the reason why I clarified which ice cream flavors were available. I asked for a corrected order, simply because the ice cream flavors were wrong yet again and they clearly don’t know how to accurately make a banana split, the ignorant male manager told me that I have to take the order. It would've cost him $0 to correct the order, but instead he argues and is very combative with me, he told me to act my age, what does my age have to do with anything, ignorance and disrespectful like I mentioned earlier. He’s an ignorant thug like I told him to his face yesterday. Truthfully speaking they all need a lesson on customer service and need to be careful on how they speak to people before they get their front teeth knocked out of their mouth. The one female employee with the long fake nasty spider eyelashes needs to be taught respect as well, she told me I need to get out of the restaurant after I asked for a corrected order, as if she owned the building. Don’t overstep your boundaries, each of you are workers in someone else’s establishment and you are causing the company to lose money with your nasty attitudes. I don't order at fast food places like this often do to the fact they always seem to get the order wrong no matter how many times you reiterate what you want.
