I went in today to ask for a repair to the clasp of a rope necklace I bought several months ago. The chubby guy says I won't charge you if the spring is missing. You should replace it for free. The clasp doesn't close anymore. No wear and tear on necklace at all. The jewelry is really over priced and they take advantage of people of color's ignorance on jewelry. That is not in a disrespectful way. I suggest going somewhere else. They knock the price down like they are giving you a deal in actuality that's the price they were going to charge anyway. I found my old silver charm bracelet that had been missing for over 30 years! It was bent at the clasp and couldn't be fastened. I took it to Mr.Goldman Vll in Southland Mall, and the young man quickly repaired it, I was OVERJOYED! It brought back Such Memories!
