Get my money back. Because I will no longer shop or spend my money with Pizza Hut. And they told me because my kids eat half (who are about the pizza for while being at work). Working a night shift, they ate one side of. Read moreI placed an order for the 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon roll deal at 6:27pm. My estimated time of delivery was 7:22pm. I called Pizza Hut at 7:32pm to get an estimated time of arrival. I spoke to a worker that told me the delivery driver did not make it back yet so he didn’t know. I asked him to ask his manager. I heard the manger tell him to tell me it would be another 2 hours before my order would be delivered. He also said that I could come and pick my order up. Although this was out of my way, I decided to pick it up because I had already paid. Before leaving, I asked the worker would they make my order fresh since it was already sitting for more than an hour. He guaranteed that my order would be fresh and remade. Upon my arrival, the pizza was not fresh and it was evident that it was old. To say this was unacceptable is an understatement. I requested a refund but I still see a pending charge on my card. The staff is extremely unprofessional by lying to me and the work is subpar. No one should have to feed that to their families with this trash. The pizza was not fresh and you can tell that upon making it, the pizza was rushed. I suggest better staff that can make pizzas properly and to the standard of Pizza Hut. Please hire...

Had to call and ask them not to send me the same wings that were left out of of my order after about a hour went by and they still hadn't come back. He then proceeded to tell me that he was just waiting on the driver. After another 45 minutes went by I called again and of course he was still waiting on the driver so I asked was he going to comp that part of the order being that it should have been here 2 hours ago and he paused as if that was a problem. I had to explain to him why I was not paying for it and then he politely cut me off and said he understood.
