I had two personal online orders. One they said that they did not see, and that they did not have my food items. How can you not see the order if you’re describing the order to me at the speaker? So I was asked if I’d like the substitution, which I hesitantly obliged. They didn’t have spicy chicken, nor anymore chicken sandwiches. Mind you this is early evening. Drove to the window I was told that my second online order had a 6 minute wait time. 25 minutes later out comes only one of my orders. I told the young man that I’m missing an order, and what I’m missing. He sent a young lady out to recommend that I cancel the order altogether. I asked why ? She said that he didn’t give an explanation. I asked for the mngr. Why did I do that? She was just as garbage, rude, and unprofessional as the shift she was running. She’s (the oldest mngr there;just to specify) The young lady came out , and said that the mngr asked if I could come inside bc she’s old and it’s cold. (They’d asked me to wait by the garbage can….ewww , btw) I said to tell her that I couldn’t bc my babies were in the car(too young to sit in the car by themselves, and not to mention my infant son was asleep). She comes out not apologizing for anything, but even upon showing my receipt, she was very nasty and rude, and I will NEVER patronize another Popeyes. She ruined it for all of the locations. It’s always some ghetto behavior, unfit, unprofessional, and incompetent leadership, food issues, ridiculous wait times, etc here, and I mean every single time. The chicken is old, the boxes are torn, they give you what they want you to have instead of what you’ve ordered, the biscuits are bricks…it’s always something. They need to trash this location, and put something more useful there like a Chic Fil A. They have a much better and...
Read moreThis is best ran Popeyes I’ve ever been to and there’s no doubt in my mind. I’ve been to a ton of Popeyes locations and most of them take a while to get me my food, and I’ve had a lot of messed up orders. Not always a ton of time, but generally a longer than most places drive thru wait. I came here today because the Brooks road location, which also opens at 11, wasn’t going to have any food ready when they opened. Came here and the drive thru attendant was a high energy, polite guy who spoke clearly through the intercom, they kept the line moving, get to the window and there’s what looks like an assembly line of workers helping each other out, flying around, and just in general clearly working hard. I had 2 people tell me it would be 20 more seconds on my chicken. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had one person tell me that in a drive thru before! I ordered 12 pieces, I’m not going to be shocked if I have to wait a little bit, but nope! Got my order right and got me in and out in no time. I hope management here reads this, and if they do, the time is 11:20 on July 20th, 2021, so you know who is working right now. Just know your staff is amazing and deserves more praise than other fast food locations. Hold on to them because you’re doing...
Read moreThe young people at this Whitehaven location are the best. Pleasant voice at the ordering box and when you receive your meal. Bryan keep up the good work. I can't remember the other names but keep up the good work. Of course the food is always good. When I visit a fast food or restaurant and the employees are not friendly and welcoming as if they don't want to do their job I do not go back. Edit: At another visit. Just to add a note. Placed my order, got to the window and gave the young lady my money. She gives me my bills but not my change. She doesn’t say ma’am I’m sorry we don’t have change. She gives it to me like that’s what we do. But that’s disrespectful to the customer. I asked her about it she says we only have pennies. I should have said I’ll take the pennies. So tell me, when you lie to the customer and say you don’t have change what happens to the surplus on your drawer? If you say that to enough customers you take home pretty good. Do better. Stop disrespecting...
