I will not recommend anyone going to this hair store. The service at this store is horrible. I use to go in this store several times since the five months cause I do hair. I brought a wig and less than 24 hours I opened it brushed the hair while cardboard and paper still on the hair. Sprayed the hair with the detangler spray and took the paper out and put it on my mannequin while putting the wig on there notice the part was opened and it was suppose to be closed. To make a long story short he was rude on the phone they hung up in my face. I went the store it went on to tell me I cut it like that. I told if I did why it's ripped and jag it. Then he said it ain't $100. If I got that it wouldn't have happened. He told me new hair don't do that. And I wasn't getting any thing. This man is the one who cashed me out the even before. I ADVISE ANYBODY DON'T GO HERE BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT US BEING RIGHT AND...

Had originally given this place 5 stars. Have been a VERY regular customer for years and years. New ownership has taken place (again). Never had issues before when this happened but this time SOOOO much is changing...from the stock selection, to the prices, to my cosmetologist discount...smh Disappointed in the new changes i find myself now bypassing this store driving 3 blocks out of the way to go to a different one that keeps everything in stock, has a great hair selection, typical pricing, and my discount is valid on ALL items. TJs is much more convenient to my salon. I shopped there 3 to 5 times a week. I even sent my clients there to shop for particular items. I will definitely miss them.

They have a good variety of items only problem is the male owner the male owner is disrespectful to employees and customers I was trying to buy some hair and the woman behind the counter was doing a awesome job,then he kind of made her move out the way like she didn’t know what she was doing he kept constantly suggesting hair I know isn’t good to my knowledge on a another occasion I heard him tell them shut up and blame them for not making a hair sale as I was walking out he called me cheap sometimes I feel like I get profiled being watched constantly like really want to steal something it’s a good store the employees are...
