I went to B&P Beauty Supply today to purchase some hair products for my daughter, not knowing what she needed. One of the young ladies in the store recommended Aunt Jackies' hairline for my daughter's hair after seeing the nature of my daughter's hair. Fast forward...hours later, my husband received a notification about my daughter's phone being at B&P. On our tracking app, it showed her phone being at B&P since 3:16. I hurried to the store with the tracker still showing the phone there. When I arrived, I immediately asked the staff if the phone had been turned in; but no one had seen the phone. The manager then asked for me to look at my receipt to see what time we checked out so he could check his security video. I gave him the time and he took the time to rewind the tape, but it showed my daughter without her phone when she entered the store. Long store short; my daughter's phone battery went dead while we were at B&P and the last ping was B&P at 3:16. The phone was later discovered at my mom's house with the battery still dead. I posted this long review because not only did the manager take out the time to help, but his staff started looking, his security officer offered to assist, and he took the time to review his security camera. The B& P staff didn't have to show any concern but could have easily said I'm sorry it was not turned in and moved on. Thank you B&P for showing genuine empathy/concern.    Read moreAbsolutely poor! I wish would give less than 1 star. On my last visit to the store, AFTER spending my money with them, I dropped my wallet. I didnât realized until after I left the store, but less than 10 mins later I returned to see if it was turned in. I receive no help from cashiers, they didnât have access to security cameras, manager wasnât âon siteâ but then magically appeared but couldnât access cameras. I had to make them take down my contact information & two days later Iâm still having to report to them with for follow ups. Manager has not contacted me or reviewed tapes. I know this to be true because I just called and cashier said âmanager didnât see you with walletâ. I told her if he looked, he had to have had to seen my wallet because I paid before I left. Her response then was âhe doesnât know how you lookedâ. I asked her if I could speak to him she said he was out again and she didnât know when heâd be back. She then mentioned I needed to call first before I came back up to the store. What a joke! If I had stolen their merchandise they wouldnât have had any problems pulling up tapes for the police.    Read moreI can't believe that I just saw a review with the same issue I had. I must have dropped or left my debit card when making my purchase. Someone immediately started using my card within minutes! No customers where at the counter it was just me & cashier. I used a pin#. I didn't no my card was lost until an hour afterward & reported it loss/ stolen. I was then informed my card was used 2 times at this location immediately after my purchases then used at Walgreens, Dollar General & Walmart! Someone spent over a $100 and would have been more if I had not realized quickly it was missing. I returned to the store asked to speak with the manager whom I was told was not in. This is very criminal and low down suspicious activity! Im not going to say what I suspect is the truth but it don't take a genius to figure it out!
