Wash City — Local services in Memphis

I ended up here because laundry super center closed at 10 not 11 like they are supposed to. But I'll say that it was a nice experience I got there 10:30 amd they close at 11:30. Only 3 customers very clean facility. I have to be honest like I try to be but to me it was just a little sketchy being out in the parking lot I fell Vulnerable, because ot was extremely dark the streets are lit ofcourse but not in that area. I would like to know if there had been any incidents? If anyone knows?. But this is not wash worlds fault this os just my opinion. I have to say they are latino friendly and every sign on English had a partner on Spanish lots of information to help with the experience, bathrooms from 1-10 ill give it 6 but you have to realize I was the last customer im sure when they open its very clean. But to me it needs updating. They have some arcades for entertainment and a nice little sitting area.one of the biggest selling points is they offer free wifi. Cant go wrong with that. The person in charge of closing was a polite gentleman he reminded me that I had 15 minutes and not once did I feel rushed by any means, like other places do. I had to make a review because this was by far the most peaceful experience I’ve had washing. It was enough washers and dryer and the cost was great.

After washing and drying I left behind some ideas that were important to me anyway. And I reached out to the owner to see if I can get some help with possibly locating it. And it was a good chance this item was taken already or tossed. So he went above and beyond and cashed app me so I can get a replacement. I went in to do my laundry and a change machine did not work. I went around the corner to a car wash and got change and knew that they were not supposed to close until 11 p.m., due to I work all day sometimes 13 14 hours a day and that was the only time I had a chance to do my laundry and it was an hour and a half prior to closing she knew that I had to go get change and she locked the door as she seen me walk up to the door.
