Shark’s Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

This is my FAVORITE FAVORITE spot here in Tennessee(Hickory Hill location is the ONLY ONE I frequent.)I LOVE catfish steaks and they are by far the BEST catfish steaks you could ever eat. They are well seasoned...thick and juicy and its enough to eat from a second time...the steaks & filets are very filling. One thing I hate is when they run out of them(but that's how it goes when you run a successful restaurant.) I eat there at least 3 to 4 times a week! My baby loves the wings & there desserts are delicious and a good size portion. OAN: There have been a few occasions where their was a lack in phone etiquette and the person was rude when taking my order! However, I've had several more positive and pleasant encounters otherwise I know how to spend my money elsewhere. It's worth the money trust...

I visited this location on today and the young man that was running drive through had his pants hanging down with this under clothes showing. I spoken with I guess the manger/owner of the company about it but he said nothing to the young man. I was under the impression since he's of another race maybe he couldn't translate what I was saying. I then asked him could I speak with the young man and he said yes. I spoken with the young man and he explained that he didn't have a belt, however he did pull his pants up and told me thank you. Another lady was working drive thru with the young man. She asked him what did I say to him? He told her, and she waved her hand sarcastically towards me and patted him on the back as if he was ok! This action is just one of the ones why our young black males...

Food is great!, sometimes takes a minute, that's no problem and they're extremely close, my only complaint is trying to order from them online is a major hassle, the information switches between grubhub (GH), and doordash (DD). GH says they're closed, DD says open, the menu on DD makes no sense at all they have a lunch menu that's from 11:00am - 2:00pm but they're ALL DAY menu ISN'T all day it's from 2:00pm-8:30pm, the only actual difference the menu switches out the fried oysters to frog legs, which you can't select both if you wanted both, your items will sometimes be deleted if you switch menus from the current to another in order to select what you want.
