Hobby Lobby — Local services in Merced

Awesome store to find themed items or decorations (comic book, Western, automotive, etc), hobby gear (arts equipment, model kits and painting, slot car, etc) and pretty much a beefier version of Michael's in most respects. They have great clearance deals depending on the season, don't pay full price for anything!! They even have a great 40% off coupon you can use from your smart phone for a single item, once per day. As long as it wasn't already on sale of course.

The employees at this location are ok so far. Sometimes it's hard to find them though unless you head up front to the registers. Other times it's hard to get them to the registers... The bathroom was pretty disgusting when I went, but it's my own fault too as I didn't alert management like the sign said to on the restroom door. I could've told the worker at the register, but the bathroom looked pretty destroyed for a long while and they were close to closing, so I'm sure it wouldn't have made a difference. So no star removal for...

I shop at this location frequently and today I went in to purchase some cricut materials. I had found the items on the side and took them up to be purchased. I did let the girl know at the register where I had found them. She was really sweet by the way. Well I found one of the items on the website and she was able to ring that item up, but the other item needed a price check. Well the woman that came up wasn't very pleasant at all and was annoyed she had to get a price check. I did not realize that the package i grabbed had more then one item and needed to be opened, which is why i couldn't find the price tag. Once again I did let the girl at the registrar know where I had found the items. Kristy who i believe is a manager was huffing and puffing about the situation. I just think its really unprofessional how she handled the situation and I only left with the one item due to being an inconvenience to...

So my cousin and I came here the other night for ribbon. The ribbon selection was very small and super, super unorganized. Colors were not sorted out. Ribbon was in stands by ribbon size. That's not the usual that I've seen at any craft store. Usually it is organized by like colors and characters. Anyways it was about 15 mins til closing. We rushed through shopping and ran to the register with a few minutes left to check out. When we got to the register all of the ribbon was 50% off, which was awesome. The reason for my two star review was the unorganization of ribbon, the signs being taken down before the end of the sale and the cashier not allowing us to get more ribbon after we knew it was at sale price because... we wouldn't have time. There was a line behind us paying. Wouldn't hurt anything for us to grab more ribbon. Maybe 5 mins top. Anyways they missed out on the sale and so...
