October 9th, 2025: Went to the soft opening this evening and made the first two purchases of the store. Store was very clean and well-stocked, definitely ready for tomorrow's grand opening. Cashiers Natalie, Elizabeth, and Jennifer did a fantastic job of handling my two purchases. Store manager Scott and district manager Jose were very friendly and welcoming. Bear in mind that the cashiers are still learning the ropes of the POS system, and that the POS system itself has a few bugs that still need to be worked out, so I recommend having an understanding and patient mindset when checking out. The store is as new to the employees as it is to the customers, and after enough time all the practices of the business will become second nature to its staff. Overall, my first visit to the store exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend attending the grand opening tomorrow morning at 7:45 AM, which is when the ribbon-cutting will commence before the store officially opens at 8:00 AM.

October 10th, 2025: Just attended the grand opening. It was quite the spectacle. From the balloon decorations, to the speeches from city council members, to even the well-anticipated ribbon-cutting, it was all excellently planned and orchestrated. After receiving my Grand Opening $10 Bonus Card, I proceeded to make my first purchase of the store. Cashier Jovan was very cheerful and kind, welcoming me with an excited "I got my first customer of the day!!" before ringing me up. The purchasing process was flawless and easy. After my purchase, I was cheered on by another cashier, Veronica, as I walked out, who called out "Our very, very, first customer!!" followed by plenty of clapping. It was an amazing experience.
