You gotta come by and try their classic smoothies. The best part is, if there's a taste you don't quite like, try opting one of the ingredients for another! Be sure to write down what you customize tho, I tend to always forget my favorite drink flavor combos lol. If you really want to get into it, check out some of their secret menu items...
I always end up falling back on my favorites, but they have all kinds of blended drinks. Coffee, matcha green tea, chocolate peanut butter, etc. I'm sure they're all great, I just have to finally try it myself!
Check out the side snacks too if you're feeling hungry. Healthy things, gluten free, organic, pretzels and stuff, different things for anyone feeling hungry and thirsty. The drinks are pretty filling on their own tho, don't forget to get a large and share with that special someone.
The store and restrooms are always really clean and customer service is great here, I've never had a bad experience and the workers are plenty friendly. Even long lines are cut down quickly without sacrificing service. There is a tip jar, so help them out when you can haha. You may just get that small cup of blended leftovers! (I have no idea how that works btw, I hope I don't get anyone in trouble đ¤) I do love...
   Read moreJamba has advertised a "$1 Iced Day" today. The advertisement begins at 2PM-7PM on 3/20/2025. Upon arriving to this location, we were not greeted nor acknowledged. There were 6 or more customers waiting to get their orders fulfilled (myself included). We were all there for the promotional items, Jamba's own, "Mangomorphosis" and "Dragonberry Blitz." To our dismay, the male employee informed us that he will not be serving us and has decided to end the promotion. Even though, the promotion was still within the time frame of service. In addition, the store was not close to closing time. There was ample time to take orders and complete them before closing. This left the 6 or more customers (including myself) upset, confused and irritated. The male employee did not care about what we had to say about the promotion still being within the time frame, as he is obligated to fulfill our orders. The male employee gave an attitude of not wanting to work nor cared to work. As a result, 6 or more customers (including myself) purchased nothing. If this is how this Jamba conducts itself, then it will not be receiving any...

Please communicate to management the ability to be able to read the "special instructions" at the bottom of an Online order is very important to customer satisfaction.
Upon arrival, I had to request my order be remade because the special instructions given weren't seen or followed. Angelica looked displeased to remake it and even said so when she told me, "next time call ahead so we don't have to redo it like this because it takes up time" (Angelica at Jamba Juice, 2020).
I told Ms. Angelica that, in fact, I called 3 times this morning, on June 27th, and there was no answer. I also informed her this wasn't the first time this has happened. I called a week or so before and no one answered then either.
Lastly, while I do understand it gets busy, please don't try to belittle or make the customer look incompetent in front of other customers. I maintained respect when speaking to you and I didn't feel the same in return.
