Horrible experience. Waste of your money, not organized at all any of the Merced United events we would go to. We’re not organized you couldn’t find who was in charge and then we didn’t have coaches about two weeks into the season. We finally got a coach who turned out to be a horrible person. Rafael Flores. He knew he couldn’t do the job and still decided to say yes. He canceled more than half of the practices he wasn’t there for the end of the season. Whenever we tried to call text email him we would get nothing. And then when it was finally time for us to get our soccer photos, we didn’t get them till almost a month after they’ve been available. And then kept trying to make me a regular parent pass them out to the other parents when it’s supposed to be his job or the team staff. And then had his son do it and his son just left the photos in the middle of the park for anyone to come grab. I’ve tried calling the Merced youth association More than five times at this point I’ve emailed them three times and they don’t seem to be good people either. I can’t wait to upload the photo proof and just wait until I’m able to post the video...

Very disappointed with this organization. I signed my son up earlier this year and was told I would receive a text from my son's coach when practice would begin. I reached out multiple times and when they FINALLY responded they told me to login to demosphere, (which is also chaotic in trying to navigate). The season was over half done and no one ever called, text, or emailed that the season was starting. I also was declined a refund. I signed up for a second time (even tho I just lost $100 and my son did not play), I was told to login to the account again, in which I am still confused on what to do or where to go and it takes staff weeks to return emails. I truly wish there was another soccer...

A really bad management for the association we didn't have a coach to begin with call them several times after 2 weeks into the season they assign my child in to a team they will not return calls and the teams are not arranged evenly with the players our team didn't win a single match extremely disappointing NOT DOING IT...
