I recently had the pleasure of dining at Five Ten Bistro on a beautiful day, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. As we sat outside, enjoying the pleasant weather, I couldn't help but appreciate the lovely ambiance and the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Five Ten Bistro were attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They promptly seated us and provided excellent service throughout our entire visit. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring a memorable dining experience for their guests.

The first thing that caught my attention was the impressive drink selection. We ordered some cocktails, and I must say, they were perfect. The mixologists at Five Ten Bistro are true artisans, creating flavorful and beautifully presented drinks that exceeded my expectations. Sipping on those refreshing beverages set the stage for what turned out to be a delightful culinary journey.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my, where do I even begin? The menu at Five Ten Bistro showcases a wide range of delectable dishes, and everything we ordered was nothing short of amazing. Each plate was a work of art, beautifully plated with attention to detail.

The flavors that danced on my palate were beyond delicious. The chef's expertise was evident in every bite. The ingredients were fresh, and the dishes were prepared with care and creativity. It was evident that the kitchen staff took pride in their craft, as the food was expertly executed and bursting with flavor.

As a first-time visitor to Five Ten Bistro, I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. The combination of the beautiful outdoor setting, impeccable service, and outstanding food made it a truly memorable occasion. The restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way.

I highly recommend Five Ten Bistro to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply seeking a delightful meal in a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is sure to impress. I can't wait to return and explore more of their...

Reserved the banquet room and had verified with the lady if there is a cake cutting fee, she told me no that there is only a corkage fee. The reservation name was wrong. They wrote down Liz, not Lynn. The banquet room was reserved for 5pm and when guest showed up the room wasn't ready until 5:30pm. They were out of the Mahi Mahi, which seems like every time we eat there they are out of something. The best thing they have is fish and chips. The cooks cant handle cooking for 15 people. Everyone in our party received their food except 2 people and it took about 15 mins for their food to arrive. One of the late plates was Mac n cheese. After dinner we were ready to have cake and ice cream that was purchased from raleys. The waiter brought plates and spoons. When it was time for the checks to be disbursed the waiter informed us that he would have to charge a cake fee. I relayed to him that I ask previously if there was a cake cutting fee and the lady that took my reservation stated there wasn't one. So the waiter left and sent in his manager and I proceeded to inform him that I asked up front when making the reservations and I was told no cake cutting fee. The manager had an attitude and said he would not charge us this time and walked out. After all of the mistakes being made I will say I'm never returning to 510 Bistro again. It's not worth my money or time to deal with a low...

I took my father here, who was visiting from out of town. I wanted to show him that Merced isn't just filled with dirty, bad restaurants. The experience we had, embarrassed me.

First, the restaurant was EMPTY and the server kept coming and sitting at the table next to us to speak with us, which normally is fine, but it looked like she was doing it because she was hungover. Next, she brought me the wrong food; I ordered a black and bleu cheeseburger with regular fries. She brought me a steak....Then when she brought out the rest of our food, gave them all to the wrong people, so we all had to pass plates. Then we noticed she gave me garlic fries, which is fine (I mostly didn't want garlic fries because I didn't want to pay the extra $1.75 or w/e), but my girlfriend DID order garlic fries and hers were no where NEAR as coated in cheese and garlic as mine.

The worst part was, the owner was wandering the restaurant with 3 or 4 business-people, shmoozing them loudly while we ate, completely ignoring the incorrect orders coming and going to our table, his waitress looking half-dead, the mix up of adding garlic on fries that were's ordered so comp'ing them....

After all of the negativity though, the food tasted fine. I wouldn't say it was incredible, but it made up for all the drama that went along with ordering. If you can get past the lack of professionalism, the food...

Very excited to find a restaurant of this kind in Merced! It's my 2nd time having dinner here (with hubby); I was always so excited to read the menu offerings with seasonal ingredients, and the staff was very friendly and gave pretty good service, but unfortunately both times the execution of the food left us something to be desired... The appetizer: poke with a sesame-sriracha sauce/dressing and fried wonton skin was very good; the dressing went really well with tuna, with the heat from the sriracha. At the end we felt our tongues were a little "burned" by the jalapenos, but it could be us who can't eat too-spicy food. Our entrees: blackened mahi mahi w/mushroom risotto and prime rib (available Thursdays only)—the description on the menu was very appetizing, but the fish was under-seasoned—not enough even in the "blackened" crust—and the risotto was not creamy enough. The prime rib was in very generous portions and was cooked to the desired doneness, but there was not enough of the salty dry rub that kept me interested after the first few bites. :( We didn't order desserts this time but had had their coffee creme brulee before, which was not bad at all.

Skeptical due to the reviews- 3 1/2 stars. )Due to current employment, I eat out approximately 150x / year with customers so I am well versed in restaurants across the US. Well seasoned and tasty food with good sized portions. Pleased that “vegetable” side was actually a vegetable and not a squash. Good wine options - by the glass or bottle (mostly California for reds). Friendly service and quick turnaround on food after ordering. A little bit of a fly issue on the patio but they offered little fans. Friendly to DOGS - she even brought out water for the pup. Patio is spacious, varying table sizes and clean
