Never ever again will I purchase another item from this store. We ordered a new bed for our daughter on January 9th 2021, and as of yet have not received it. We were told it was held up because of Covid. Then in February we were told it was held up because of inventory check in their warehouse. Now we are in March and we was told it would be here by 3pm on Saturday, big surprise no bed. Now we are being told maybe it was sent to another store. How unprofessional, when I asked for a tracking number they said “We do not have tracking numbers on our furniture”. We asked for a refund and we were told that we have to come in person to speak to the manger for the refund. We will update this review based on how long it takes us to get said refund. I bought a bedroom set in 2019 and it’s still in excellent condition. I recently went back to purchase a dinning table, couches, and my daughters bedroom set. Denise the owner helped me out with all my purchases. She is very patient with her customers. Always wanting them to leave with a smile and return back. My apartment looks amazing thanks to her.
