I used to love this store. Recently, I am not sure what has happened. They treated my daughter, who has mental health issues, very poorly when she went to pick up my online order. My other shirt was delivered the next day, and the following day, it said online that it was picked up. I called to see if it was still there and it wasn't. The main CS told me they would just give me a refund. I got the shirt half price during a BOGO, which is no longer available. Prior to that, I spoke with CS, and they promised another shirt was not canceled, and I would receive it. However, it was canceled, and I lost the...

Usually I love going to Maurices because the employees are super helpful. I've only been to this location once (Eagle, ID) and was sort of disappointed by the lack of help I received. No one offered to help me find what I was looking for or to get a fitting room started for all the clothes I was lugging around - and I love this about the other locations I have been to! I did end up buying some stuff, because I love Maurices clothing and they had some great BOGO sales going on. Just wish the employees would have done a little better in the customer...
