Love the selections available on flooring, carpet and tile. The kitchen display is my dream kitchen. Now the bad... went in to look for flooring & carpet for a small home in Star. Previously I had "joined" (months ago) to be able to meet with their design person,. He had met with me quickly as he was expecting another client, understandable, asked me to have our log home builder send him a PDF ( which I did ) and we would make an appointment to design the interior. Still waiting.... The Star home.... found the carpet and flooring that I liked and had a "guesstimate" on the square footage. Was told to get the exact square footage so I could get a bid with shipping. Did that immediately thanks to the bid I received from another carpet store. Called to give them the footage, was sent to voicemail (twice). Nothing... While I was there picking out this, I asked if we could talk to their design person , they went to ask him and said he would be out in a minute. I guess out meant out the door as 20 minutes or so went by, they said he had left the building and was on his way to Caldwell. Thankfully the only thing I'm out is my membership money ( not that much ) and time spent. This is a beautiful design store. I hope whom ever uses this has better...

ProSource is amazing! Amanda just saved us a ton of time and stress! We ordered flooring from ProSource about a year ago and are very happy with the product we got. Unfortunately we had a leak in our house that led to water damage to some of the floors. The restoration company went through their flooring people and told us our flooring manufacturer had changed the product slightly since we bought it, so they couldn’t match the locking mechanism—meaning we’d have to replace the flooring in the entire house since it’s continuous LVP! I was NOT happy, but had the brilliant idea to try calling ProSource to see if anyone still had our version of the flooring in stock. Amanda was able to confirm that they could, in fact, get more of our exact flooring, and even called our restoration company directly so that I didn’t have to! She was courteous, professional, and went above-and-beyond to help us in a stressful situation. Posting for my mother. She recently purchased some luxury vinyl plank flooring and when the installer began laying it, he discovered that the material was defective and would not lay down properly. He removed what he had installed and returned it to ProSource who said that they would have to file a claim, but expressed doubt that the company would replace the material. They have been unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue with the LVP and have repeatedly told her that there is nothing they can do. My mom has asked to speak to the owner several times and has been told that he does not come into the store and she has to deal with the manager, who has been evasive. Currently my mom has no flooring in the entire house, the stove and dishwasher have been removed while the new floor was being installed. The company that produced the flooring has not called her back to explain the process and it would be great if ProSource would stand behind the products they sell and help facilitate the...
