If I could give this less than one star I would. We went mini golfing around 7:30 pm in May. It was a nice course but as the night progressed and we were completing the holes we commented how it was getting pretty dark and how strange it was that the lights were not turned on. By 9:00 pm the lights were still not on and on hole 18 my son fell on one of their paver stones, sliced open his knee and ended up in the ER with stiches!!. When we returned our golf clubs we told the teenager working the course that the lights needed to be turned on, no one can see anything and his reply was that the lights were on a timer and that he couldn't turn them on! We called the course manager the following day to inquire about the lights and he didn't return our call until we put in a injury claim with the county a week later. He said the light are not on a timer. Does someone smell a cover up? Then to top things off the county (2 months later) tell me that it was MY fault that my son sliced open his knee and that I put him in a dangerous situation!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! They said I should have told the workers to turn the lights on. I did...... they said they were on a timer!! Completely unprofessional, poor run course. Make sure you go during...
Read moreMy wife and I were paired with another couple who were inexperienced golfers (one of them had never paid before). We were trying to be polite and give them helpful tips so we could keep up with the pace of play which obviously slowed us down quite a bit. After my tee shot on the second tee, this old guy who smokes (preventing him from talking very loudly) came up to me in his golf cart saying "it's a holiday weekend, you folks better play faster than this." Why he felt the need to be so rude, I still don't understand. If you want people to play faster than perhaps you shouldn't allow beginners on your course particularly on a busy holiday weekend. This also tells me this course cares more about making money than it does it's own customers. This old man continued to basically stalk us in his golf cart for the next five holes making my overall experience quite uncomfortable not knowing if he was going to kick us off the course for the majority of the time we were playing. Separate from the above I'll add that the course is not very well maintained and there was goose poop everywhere. I would not recommend wasting your time playing on...
Read moreThe course itself is lovely. The man at the front desk is awful. He very rudely emphasized that we were late multiple times despite being there 10 mins early, carried on about the time the next people were teeing off. His attitude was nasty and he had zero interest in customer service. As convenient as this course is to my home and as cute as the course is I can’t imagine spending money here again. The course marshal was a reflection of the front desk clerk. He also came and harassed our group repeatedly despite the players after us being two holes away. The whole experience gave me the ick. There are much nicer courses close by, whose customer service and overall experience is leaps and bounds above...
