Planet Geek — Local services in Mesa

We are an established & reputable Mesa AZ. based IT firm that sometimes seeks out " outsourced IT vendors " to assist us with large & time sensitive IT networking & cabling projects for business clients we service... In this situation, we were very fortunate to find Planet Geek on a Google search we performed, also based in Mesa AZ.. They were hired to completely conduct an IT build out & configure it all from scratch. This place wasn't a grocery store but a very large & expansive industrial building complex. They consistently maintained very tight time schedules in conjunction with simultaneous construction that was occurring in this same building.. They were tasked with all networking & cabling setups for one of our largest business clients. Over a period of 8 + weeks their general manager Adam was extremely responsive to our need to be kept in the loop with exceptionally refined email & text communications around the clock.... All vendor submitted IT cost estimates for preapproval were professional & clearly detailed for our client to be able to make insightful business decisions and stay on budget throughout this IT project deployment... In summary, Planet Geek and their entire tech team worked out very well for both AITS and our rapidly expanding business client. We always seek out future IT partners that reflect our same commitment to excellence and ultimately making the end business client happy when all is said and done... Planet Geek's entire staff checked all the boxes for us... Adam thanks...

Had a really Great experience That WE wanted to share, and it involved Planet Geek. My wife and I thought it was time to add another layer of security to our house and property. We noticed that others in our neighborhood had installed security cameras and after a while discussing we thought we should act on this.

But who do you hire, who do you trust, what would be the best price and equipment. We researched and then asked three different installers to come by and look at what we wanted and found that all three were different in so many ways.

In the end, and really after being educated by all three company's we found PLANET GEEK to beat the others hands down! Adam and his team (Justin, Andrew and Brandon), came in on time and during a very hot Arizona day went right to work and got our system installed in One short day, we were very impressed. They were all very skilled and they all knew what needed to be accomplished Thank you to his team.

I found out that this is not all that they do, Everything from TV mountings, home theaters and smart systems. We are going to keep this in mind in case we do some home modifications in the future. We think you should too.

This is a late review, but we had Planet Geek install cable drops in our house at the beginning of this year. I searched online for companies that were able to do in home cable runs for the greater Phoenix area. Most of what I was getting on searched was cable installation service companies for large data centers. Planet Geek eventually popped up and I gave them a call. I spoke with the owner and was happy to hear they did residential CAT cable drops.

A lot of their pictures online were for fancy houses that I imagine are in north Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, etc. but their prices were reasonable and they were able to do 3 cable drops in my house.

Their 2 man crew worked efficiently/and were done in a few hours. After they were gone I popped my head up in the attic looking for something else and I cant believe they were able to get from one side of my roof to the other with all the support members! They are truly gifted and seemingly part spider-monkey to be able to to install wires in such a small space.

My wired connections are now 3x faster than COX's crappy wifi system and couldn't be happier....
