Boba Tree — Restaurant in Mesa

I normally love coming to this place but had a terrible experience today. There were three young ladies working and I was first in line. My order was taken for a taro with boba and there were three guests behind me. The ladies finished making my drink after the people behind me and then just placed the drink on the counter. I was waiting around the register for one of them to hand me the drink but ask three went to the back and were just chatting. Finally a manager or other employee came in from the front of the store after a couple of minutes and asked me if I needed help. One lady immediately came running to the front to assist but the gentleman had already helped me in handing me my drink. Usually always have a good experience but that was terrible today. They don't have blended (slushy) drinks. Even the place in the mall (boba tea company) can make any drink slushy style. I went in here with a friend and she lactose. Almost every drink has milk in it. When I asked what drink is no milk or which is blended (slushy) all they said was " whatever on the menu" half of it i have no idea what it is, and the other half has milk in it. So to me this place does not have the options I'm looking for and second not such great help of explaining what is what on their menu. the ladies who make the drinks are actually some of the sweetest people on the planet 😭 i wanted to get a peach heaven but was scared i wouldn’t like it bc i’m usually very picky, and one of the girls said she could trade it for a different drink if i ended up not liking mine!! i actually do love peach heaven, it’s very refreshing without being too tart or artificial tasting like other shops ^^ i didn’t get their names sadly but one of them had white glasses on top of her head/pink shirt and the other lady bleached hair with a bun & her roots...
