It's been a month since I got my LCD replaced and I'm just now getting around to reviewing this place. So I come here and ask them if they can replace the LCD screen and they say yeah no problem. They told me that it should be done in 2 days (since they had to order the part). It was no problem with me so I give them my phone, they quote me a reasonable price, and got a phone number that they can reach me at in case anything goes wrong. So I come back 2 days later expecting to pick up my fixed phone, but they ended up telling me that it wasn't fixed yet because the parts didn't arrive when they expected it to and to come back in a couple of days. They also told me that they had stopped fixing Samsung S7s the day that I brought my phone. I was a little frustrated that they didn't tell me this over the phone since they had a way to contact me but for my hassle, the guy working on my phone, offered a free phone case. A couple of days later, I called them, asked them if it was done, and they told me it was. I go up there and the guy tells me that there was a little problem. He showed me that the screen was replaced with no problem but the backing was replace with a black backing instead of a gold one. He said for the troubles he could offer a free screen protector (not that great of quality honestly). He had forgotten about the phone case which I had to remind him of. Stupidly, I paid for the whole thing because I was frustrated with the whole experience. He said that the part would come in the next week and that he would replace it but I haven't gone back because it should have been done right the first time I tried to pick it up (even if it did take a little longer than expected). Called before I came was told screen repair process was 10-20 mins , end up being there for 4 hours waiting ! I had a IPhone 13 SE and the guy Sam kept putting a iPhone 8 screen trying to get it to work but obviously didn’t know what he was doing , then after the 4 hours I just ask for my phone originally how I gave it to them to take somewhere else , when given my device back the touch was completely unresponsive and a blacked out screen, an interior metal plate for the back of the phone was missing ( stole phone parts ! ) , sam proceeds to tell me it was water damaged ( which it wasn’t ! ) , then changed and said the device had motherboard damage and then changed it to the phone wasn’t responsive when I came originally , but even cameras in the mall could show I asked them for a responsive phone back before the service to use it to make a couple of calls while waiting for them to finish other customers. There was also another customer that received her phone back with the screen sticking out !! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE ! if your looking for a quick fix go anywhere else but this place ! Extremely unprofessional , rude and left me with a 200$ repair bill for motherboard damage instead of a quick 60-80$ bill to simply fix the screen ! It would be nice to be compensated the difference for damages !! When asked to speak to a higher manager Sam said that he was the manager And this was his company and that Rafael was one of employees , which just sounds like something he said to save his job. I would love to speak to the company , but preferably Town East Mall regarding this incident and work out a solution...

My screen broke yesterday morning so I’m the afternoon I could not find a place that could fix it so late and at a reasonable price luckily I found Cell Tech on google and I called and Spoke to Mike yesterday at 7:30pm and he said he could fix my phone before they closed so I quickly went and arrived by 7:45pm he didn’t reject me like any other technician would 15 minutes before closing he helped me find him in the mall and was done really fast, loved the fact you can see your phone being fixed right in front of you, Mike was very informative about his products and put a comparison to my old screen which was really cheap quality and did not know. I felt very confident with letting him change out my screen. Definitely recommend...
