Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Mesquite

I usually don't have to write a bad review on Chick-fil-a but, this is my 2nd time ordering and the first time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 3 piece strips they forgot my strips. The second time they put all the food in the bag but forgot my sauces that I asked for. Usually chick-fil-a does a good job not messing up orders. And if you try to call the store, no one ever answers the phone just goes straight to vm. Not happy with this chick-fil-a at all !!!!!!! Deserves less than one star, but had to give at least one to be able to post this. The "owner" of this franchised Chick-fil-A is Sam Wallace and he is a thief and a terrible person. The quality of food was horrible when I went and he refused to give me a refund for soggy bread, burnt chicken, and undercooked fries. What a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. Stopped here with the kids while at the mall. Bread is definitely not normal bread. Every time we picked it up there was mayo and grease all over our ringers bc the bread kept breaking apart. My 3 yr old had bread crumbs pretty much and kept trying to put his sandwich back together which he gets really stressed out about 🫣. Were used to eating chick fil a in the car with no issues. They don’t have the table plastic covers for kids like most locations so had to keep asking for napkins so I could try to build somewhere clean for them to lay their food while eating.
