I bought a diamond ring from the mesquite location in September 2020. The ring was beautiful and it came with a 2 year warranty on all diamonds. A year later one of the diamonds had fallen out. I took the ring into the store and they had it repaired and resized to a 6.5 since the 7 was slightly too big. It took about a week for them to get it done. I took it home that Saturday and on Sunday another diamond fell out. I took it back to the location and had to wait another week for them to replace the second diamond. This time when I picked up the ring I took it next door to another jeweler and had them test the diamonds. Some of the diamonds were coming back as White Saphires. I take the ring back to Golden Jewelers and they assured me that they were real diamonds and that AJ was going to have the owner write me a letter stating they were diamonds. Two weeks go by before I was notified that the ring was ready. This time when I put the ring on I instantly knew that it was not my ring. I asked the lady to tell me what size it was and it was a 7. I told AJ and the lady that my ring was a size 6.5 not a 7. They proceeded to tell me that it was my ring and was never resized. They proceeded to tell me that they do not keep any records of maintence they preform on their rings. AJ told me that the diamonds in the ring are SI1/SI2s. I asked about a certificationa and he replies with "This is a cheap ring we dont do certifications for cheap rings". I paid $1,400 for a CHEAP ring. Not something someone wants to hear after they have dished out a lot of money. Overall I would say save the headache and go over to Radiant Jewelers. They have been the only Jewelers that weren't on a mission to sell but were on a mission to make their...
Read moreThis jewler is a joke!! Aweful!! My fiance bought my ring there and I wish he hadn't. I will be reporting them to BBB and everywhere I can.. He paid over 3700 for this ring and the big diamond in the center was cloudy and cracked. No good. So he took it back less than a month later and wanted a clear, correct replacement diamond put in and they upgraded for a 1000 more! NO! The diamond should have been clear from the beginning. Also after 1 month 2 diamonds had already fallen out!! Never heard of such a thing. They said to him on the phone " we will make it right for you this time". Should have been right the first time. It was sized 3 different times, still not correct and I now will take it somewhere for sizing. Drove over a hour one way each time, 3 and still not correct. Don't buy from these crooks and they are aweful and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone..I doubt the diamonds at this point are even real. Sadly these type of people take advantage and unfortunately he is to nice to complain. I am not tho and will complain to whoever I can. Remember the name AJ who is one of the crooks and I dont know the jewlers name but yeah they are aweful! Go to Zales or somewhere reputable with better quality and people who don't try and screw people...
