My daughter and I came in on Saturday April 16, 2016 in the hopes on purchasing a prom dress for the following Saturday. Short notice, I get it, but they insisted that they could make the dress in time for Friday, April 22, 2016. He calls me on Thursday April 21, 2016 to tell me that they don't make the dress anymore in black. Of course I was highly angry to say the least and after him hanging up on me because "I was taking too long to decide if I wanted the dress in a different color", He said I was taking his attention from the current customers in the store at the time. He called back in 20 minutes to tell me that he had the warehouse ship a dress in deep blue and wanted my daughter to come and try it on to see if she would like this dress instead. Friday April 22, 2016 we get to the store and the dress was blue, not dark blue, blue... she tries it on anyway because prom is the next day. 5 minutes later I hear my daughter crying, the dress was 4 sizes too small!!! He says " I don't know what happened to your daughter's body between last week and now but this dress is the size we ordered". I demanded a refund!!! Keep in mind I paid almost $400 for this dress. He begins to try to sell me some of the most horrible dresses off the rack. He tried to remind me that their is no refund but after much yelling and many customers leaving after they heard what happened, he gave me a "refund" (that has yet to post my account). We will see... I would hate to have to sit on the bench outside of his store and tell everyone that comes up this terrible nightmare of a...

Woman doesn't seem to want customers to browse their merchandise. Stopped me, my son and his friend at the door. Tried to rent us tuxedos that we didn't need or ask for. We purchased 2 at ISW and wanted to look inside the mall for accessories. My son wanted to also look at dresses to recommend for his date who was not with us. She told him there is nothing to see inside the store except woman's dresses. ( I myself am a woman and occasionally wear dresses). She brushed us out of the store and told us to tell people they rent tuxedos. Will not happen. Listening skills are horrible and definitely needs diversity...

( Now new KISS Bridal) : Horrible experience.. worst customer service, as we walk in the 2 owners are yelling at each other. Both workers couldn't stop to acknowledge us walking in . We went to this place to look for bridesmaids dresses and wedding dress for our bride. First step in the door the first thing said to us is NO food or drinks , mind you we are all adults . they tell us to go drink in another store . Worst experience really because how rude they were about it all . Also during this time the two owners are behind the counter screaming at each other Still !!!
