I would always come to this location. But will not be returning ever again! I went about 1 month ago had my toddler one the mall carts which are little cars. The lady that was there was so rude to me not even one word. Wouldn’t even look at me at the face acted like no one was there. I felt like they were confusing me with some else because they pull the entrance gate all the way to the middle I guess they were assuming I was going to steal there jewelry which is really cheap by the way I wouldn’t go to jail for that.I couldn’t get out of when I was leaving I had to ask if she could lift the gate. You guys the store manager Kenyata is amazing!! She really went out off her way to help me with a Christmas headband I been wanting and couldn’t find it anywhere els. She would notify me if shipment came it and if she found it or not. Today she found it and called me to let me know she has them in stock. This is the most sweetest manager I have ever meet! Terrible customer service lady to check out would just look at everyone in the store ugly, when I went to pay she didn’t acknowledge me for a few seconds cleared part of the register and just point to set them down.
