I am very familiar with the building, the company and the product. I know how a clothing store is supposed to be ran and managed. This location gave me one of the worst retail experiences I've had. When I walked in nobody acknowledged me, So at this point I don't know who works there, I don't know what the sales are and I am not feeling like a priority to any employee in the building. There was no music, all you could hear over the silence was, the front door opening/closing, the cashier ringing up product and the hangers skidding against the racks as people whispered because it was awkwardly uncomfortable to speak aloud. The reason for me going in Rainbow was to get a job application, as I finally found someone to ask for the application, she had to go get the manager to come up to the register to print out the application. The manager walked out from the back, to the register, did not make eye contact with me nor did she speak to me, printed the papers off the computer, handed them to me, then proceeded to walk away and STILL did not say anything to me. Now as a previous Store Manager that is not how you recruit and that is not how you successfully run a business. The issues at this location should defiantly be looked into. I go to this location almost once a week. A poor staff will ruin customers experiences and cause negative reviews for your business. They are in desperate need of change in management. This really should be 0 stars. I am very...
Read moreFirst and last time shopping here I'll go back to the Abrams location from now on. Thursday I went in and purchased an ugly jacket for a themed party I attended Friday. Washed and wore the jacket. Washed it again after wearing it and noticed as I was hanging it up that a sensor was still attached at the bottom. Here's the thing, when I purchased it, the cashier said "I hope the alarm doesn't go off because I took all the sensors off". As I walked out, the alarm sounded and I looked back at her and we both laughed and I asked "am I good?" She said "yes". Fast forward to today, I took the jacket back to get the sensor removed and the woman that greeted me was about to do it. Then a woman behind her asked if I had a receipt. I told her no, I threw it away. (Why tf would I keep a receipt if the clothes fit and have been worn but I digress). She continued to go back and forth with me, asking what the employee looked like etc. I described her best I could. Now, my issue isn't that they have a "policy " requiring a receipt. That I understand. It was the attitude, she was so rude about it. Ma'am, YOUR coworker messed up. Yall put all those sensors on one item. And you have the audacity to have an attitude with me. Customer service and professionalism...
Read morePopped in yesterday for a pair of jeans but, to my surprise I was met with a dirty store and rude employees. I was not greeted upon entry and not one person offered to help. I quickly grabbed my items and went to the register. The cashier gave no greeting, not even a âdid you find everything ok?â. Instead she stared and made rude faces. On top of this, she left the sensor on the jeans! Not sure what she was distracted by because it sure wasnât customer service. Her attitude was nasty and uncalled for. I do hope that the store managers provide her with more training on both customer service and how to properly handle a purchase. I would advise not spending your money at...
