Please understand that I am not the type of person to go out of my way to give poor reviews. What I and my young 11 year old Son along with our pet dog) experienced here was completely out of order and I almost considered calling the authorities. We... My Son and I arrived early for an appointment to get our pet vaccinated. This was the first time ever coming to this place. I filled out info and my Son brought our pet into to be treated. There were 2 office workers. One was pleasant did her job, no problem. The other Woman, a heavy set short woman directed us into the hall. I then took the leash from my Son and took my pet into the hall as I saw a door open to a room and asked kindly if that was the room we were to enter? My back was turned when I heard this stout woman say, " It's the only door that's open!" said in the most sarcastic, repulsive voice. I was shocked. Even my Son was. I turned and asked, are you getting smart with me?! She then stated, "Are you getting ugly with me?!" Very loudly. At this moment I was not only surprised but almost shocked by the snarly look on her face, as if possessed she then screamed loudly," What, are you going to hit me, I'm not backing down from you!". I quickly begin to leave, repeatedly telling her that her mouth was going to get her in trouble. I demanded my info back and I had to explain to my child that some people are just like that. I did not want to make this review I was going to speak with whoever was in charge but after reading several reviews I can see that the "Buddy system" would have been applied and the outcome would have been... Nothing. I made this review so that no one would ever have to experience what me and my Family did. This place is very unprofessional. I am not a little guy and I am a former boxer I can handle myself well in a physical confrontation. I have no clue why this "Woman" would talk like that with me when men don't even do that? She feels comfortable enough to do this because its her workplace and she can get away with it. Those of you who know me and come to my business often, know what kind of person I am and the environment I set for you. My Son has to live with the image of this person manifesting before him and even our beloved pet picked up on it. If you want to keep your Family and your furry friends safe. STAY AWAY...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHi picture this! On September 19th 2018. I had an appointment at 1:45. I was taking my 5 lb long hair Chihuahua , to the vet for her allergy problems she was having. This is our first visit. They handed me some paperwork to fill out. That paperwork was everything. They wanted your driver's license number, your social security number, where you work and your spouse's information to. You name it they wanted to know it. There was not a lot of customers in the waiting room . In fact there was no one else in the waiting room. I got called in into the patients room a little after 2. The vet tech came right in. She took my older dog into the other room to take her temperature and weigh her. She finally brought her back. she was asking me does she scratch a lot? Is she scratching her ears? I have my little older dog hair cut down. That way you could see that she had allergies. I was hoping for some allergy pills. A shot, or both. Then the doctor came in. Doctor Claus I think, but don't hold me to it. Is my first time there. She got my little older 5 pound dog. She started checking her teeth. Then she started palpating her all up under her back legs, moving them. Went on for about I said good 8 minutes more or less. I really think she wanted to make her Yelp. I was so frustrated. Finally she was telling me that she had fleas. Asking me scratching questions. Didn't make sense. if she at please she's going to have allergies. It sounds stupid but I wasn't aware she had fleas. She started talking about steroid and she said there was some new medicine out. She was going to give me all my options, and the pricing. The the vet Tech came in with the pricing of all my options. I told her that I was just going to keep with the Coricidin pills, and take care of her fleas. Then I went to check out. allergy pills no allergy shot. I don't know if it's just me. But I won't be going back. And the first visit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor some reason the veterinarian was speaking to my friend who drove me and my Sammy instead of me. Sammy is my dog. I was the one asking questions and holding my baby boy. I'm not sure why he was ignoring me and focusing on my friend but that's what happened. I have been bringing my fur babies here for years and this has never happened before. I didn't recognize this guy so maybe he is new and doesn't understand he should speak to the pet owner instead of their ride. Anyway, this year was definitely different from years past because of the pandemic. When we arrived, the secretary came outside and told us we could not come in until the pet owners who were currently there had exited the building. Once they left we went inside and my Sammy was seen right away. This year I was not allowed to go back with Sammy. One of the workers came to the lobby to take him. In a way I understand but my heart broke because Sammy was so scared he was shaking. He didn't understand why I was handing him over to a stranger and not going with him. It was OK though. I knew my baby boy would be alright. After a few minutes he was happily running back to the lobby - Vet in tow lol As I said earlier; The vet addressed my friend instead of me. He told her the details of the appointment and answered my questions while looking and speaking directly to my friend. I suppose her beauty was so mesmerizing he zeroed in on her and couldn't bear to break his gaze upon her face lol The appointment cost $286.00. I was worried I would be $40.00 short so I asked if I could pay $240.00 and give them my card number to be charged Wednesday when I knew I would be paid again. The lady promptly said NO directed me to apply for "Care Credit". I wasn't going to do that and fortunately my friend covered the $46.00 so all was...
