Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mesquite

I used to work for Jack in the Box on and off since I was 18 and I'm 42 now and this place hired me but didn't give me a paycheck the manager that was training me was very rude very disrespectful and I don't really like people talking about me behind my back in Spanish thinking I don't know Spanish I never received a paycheck and never put my information in the computer so they never really gave me a chance to prove to them that I know what I was doing they basically just stuck me on dishes the whole entire night but then I had a family emergency in California and basically told me don't bother coming in and wasting our time again now I do work for doordash sometimes and when I go through the drive-thru at night the people that are working don't know what they're doing they do not know how to hustle they do not know how to greet people and they are never smiling I have at least 27 years of management experience under my belt and I won't even eat there I really don't like going there when I do door dashing. I understand that people younger than me might be a little bit better than I am on certain things but I will not be treated and talk to you like I am a child and I don't know what I'm doing and then just throwing me into the to do the dishes and then yelling at me I don't didn't appreciate that but when I call or text you when am I getting my check and you would completely ignore me what makes you think that I haven't you know called Labor Board or called HR which I didn't but still that restaurant the people working there everybody just needs to be fired they do not know what common courtesy is and they don't know what respect is if you're not the same color or around...

Today is the last time I go to this jack in the box. For the 3rd time now in a month the staff is not only rude but disrespectful. Ordered a simple and employee got upset that I asked for a cup holder through the drive through. My order was simple but they asked I wait in lot #1 waited and young employee came out and didn’t confirm my order just threw the bag into my car didn’t let me actually grab it from her hand. I’m checking y order and told her missing 2 tacos she walks away saying ok. Extremely rude, what’s even worst is that the food was for my 10year old daughter that was hungry for some simple tacos. It is sad to see that my 10year old has better manners, I was so upset that I knew if I went inside I was gonna show my frustration instead I left and explained to my daughter that most businesses have leaders that don’t know how to uphold a high standard for customer service. It saddens me that my daughter had to experience that rude manager and even disrespect the employee provided her and myself. All we wanted after a long day of school and work was an easy meal since we couldn’t cook dinner. Magement needs to spend the money on pay, benefits, training that will allow the store to be fully staffed and competently run at peak times. Only went into the restaurant because the app wouldn't let me hit 'pay' to finish my order, and the drive-through had a line. Went into the restaurant at 7:05 PM on a Friday. Only 1 pesron was taking orders. My order was in at 7:10. By 7:20 I saw that 4 other people who had arrived before me were waiting for their orders. I asked the cashier for an ETA or for an update on how far down my order was in the list, and she just told me that my order wasn't finished yet. At 7:26 only 1 other customer inside the store had received their food, and I concluded there was no way the food would be out in time for me to get home and log in to an 8 PM meeting, even though I only live 10 minutes away. I would have got a refund from the front desk, but there had not been anyone there to talk to for at least 5 minutes, so I left without the food I paid for, and we at tv dinners that night.
