If I could give this store a minus five star rating I would!!!
Worst store I have ever been in.....Walmart should terminate every single person that works there and burn the building down. It is so dirty and un kept it is a disgrace. The management team must be blind to not see how bad the store is.
Yep, that's right I would rather have glass rubbed in my eyes then go in that store ever again.
This is just one incident, and the last straw for me with this store!!!!
I ordered an item on line to be shipped to the store. When I went in to pick up the item I was given a box that looked like it had been thrown out of an airplane. Not only did this item have missing parts (instructions, packaging, etc) the product was very obviously used and dirty, it had tape with wrapping paper stuck to the outside of it. I was told, by an assistant manager no less, that that was all that was in the store and that if I wanted that item then I would have to take that one. REALLY, not only were there 5 more of them out on the store shelves. I refused to sign for and take the damaged, used item they were insisting I take and was the only one in the store!!!!! Total Incompetence!!!!!!
I ended up having a 45 minute chat with the general manager of that crap hole. He walked the damaged item back to the jerks in the order pick up area and told them to mark it as damaged and send it where ever it should have gone to (I forget the names used).
NOTICE I said where it should have gone to?!?!? Two weeks later I was back in the store to pick up a related item to the product I had had such a horrible time with two weeks earlier. Guess what was sitting on the shelf!!!! You say it can't be right???? It's not true!!!! The GM himself fixed that issue, so it should be fixed!!! WRONG!!!!! There it was the same sorry, beat up piece of used crap from two weeks ago, wrapping paper and all still stuck to the ripped and damaged box. Sitting on the shelf with two others of the same model.
So HOW did a used, damaged item not only end up at customer pick up and then again two weeks later back on the floor????
I could give a million reasons, but that I will leave up to you. As for me I will never step foot in there again, but all is well as Target is...

This is the 2nd time that I go and I find a sales advertised in the store and once you go to the cash register the won't acknowledge the advertised sales price because it was a mistake. In other Walmart or stores they will acknowledge and give you the item for the advertised sales price but not in the Methuen Pleasant Valley St. I had a very nice sales lady that told me that she will tell them that it was 50% off and it should be given to me at the advertised price but Adaly and Digna managers said no. that it was a mistake that that sign shouldn't be there. so they only said that I can only have one not two. this has happened to me before. but I had enough. I'll bet that if I was one of their family members or friends it would have been ok. I hear that a woman has her nice who works there gave her the sale of the tide detergent that was advertised by mistake at 2.99 she got a whole cart full of it and the niece was the one who did the transaction. She needed them to send in a blue barrel to the Dominican Republic.how fair is that. And when I grabbed a few I was told that it was a mistake and that I can only get one not 3.
