BUT FOR the very frustrating & disorganized process just to actually GET IN this place TO enjoy it, My 10 yr old son did like it. However it would not be my choice to go back again when I compare the total experience to the many other indoor play centers close by. The #1 reason being, not that they require a waiver, since most play centers do, but because for some completely baffling reason, it's a computerized waiver.....that is a special kiosk setup & is SO maddeningly located in an ENTIRE different area than the actual LINE you wait in & pay to get in! The line is long anyway & almost had to leave as my son is inpatient like MOST children. But we hung on, ......you finally get to the cashiers, and by then, already like (come onnnnn let's go it's just jumping!) But oh boy I hope you only have 1 mad, inpatient child like me, because guess WHAT? You make it to the front to be asked if you have been there/have a waiver, (no), 99% of parents at this point would assume, no, but ok no big deal give me the paper, I'll sign it so we can get started. BUT.... WRONG! Since it must be done at their computer kiosk, AND because this kiosk is located not at the cashiers desk, nope, but in a completely separate area by the entrance, which means NOW, you must leave the line you just suffered through...drag you child to the kiosk area that NOBODY notices when entering, literally go through at LEAST 5 screens of information they definitely do not need.....and IF you completed it correctly (I did not), AND your kids haven't by now had a meltdown or ran off from you,.....NOW you have to go to the back of the line and wait through it all over again. Yeah! It was so chaotic, parents were very obviously upset, and OF COURSE, I was too, but not because the concept isn't awesome, but all this way too long, very unclear, overly complicated system, which DEFINITELY impacts peoples' experience & willingness to return. And all for the understandle need for a waiver, which is SO simplistic & mastered by every other play center, being 1 piece of paper with pens & patrons full it out WHEN they pay, during their turn after waiting in line. That's it, wait, pay, sign, GO HAVE FUN! But no, it is TRULY bewildering how many steps Launch has managed to drag out for their entire sign in/pay process. Tip to launch, just use paper waivers, have them AT the desk. Sell those unnecessary computer kiosks that NOBODY sees or bothers reading the unnoticeable sign, because upon entering a new business that requires waiting in LINE....the LINE is going to always be where visitors immediately go! Another strange thing, they have separate areas/rooms for dodgeball games which are only available if there's a staff member to RUN the dodgeball game. These rooms/areas look exactly like every other part of this place, so there was no game going on while I was there, and nothing was blocking the ability to enter it, so my son jumped on in one & thought it was great because it was not as loud and less crowded.....well I soon found out that is NOT allowed, because a staff member very promptly told us we were not allowed in there and to get out! It made zero sense. Why have these "separate but not really separate areas taking up space, yet not allow paying customers to USE it, when it's not even being USED for a game??????? Such a waste of space. Actually... overall, I was approached a total of 4 times in 75 MINUTES by staff telling me I was breaking some rule I had no idea existed. So, was it FUN? Yes, but it's just jumping. It's very overrated, unbelievably disorganized & slow as well as being too expensive. For a center made of trampolines, this place has too many rules & ppl telling you "don't do that", ESPECIALLY after the inconvenient scavenger hunt you're forced to play to sign a waiver so you can just jump and NOT have rules. Odd organization of a...
Read moreBy far the worst place I’ve been too. Went because it was my daughter’s birthday 09/12/25 and I didn’t do a birthday package I just went and invited a few of her cousins. I decided I wanted to get food maybe 2 maybe 3 pizzas and drinks. They told me they weren’t able to make anything because the ovens are broken and there were no dough to make any pizzas I was only able to get nachos and pretzels. An hour and a half goes by I see pizzas being brought out for the party that they had their instantly I started to question the kid and he proceeded to tell me we have 3 ovens 2 of them are broken and only 1 works and I said ok so why wasn’t I able to get any pizzas so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager on dutie proceeded to tell me that they pull a certain amount of dough for parties only ?. Mind you it’s a Friday and people other than the parties that are being booked are going there with their kids . And then he proceeded to tell me well we can make you a pizzas and charge you half price. So I’m already livid at this point because I had 3 different people tell me 3 different things on to why I wasn’t able to get pizza. And I decided to make a complaint and I wanted all my receipt I had another employee tell me we’ll the reason why we weren’t serving pizza is because the dough was frozen and still hasn’t thawed out and I proceeded to tell him that I was a cook I work in the food industry to come up with a better lie about why I wasn’t able to purchase pizza for my kids and the cousins. Not only pizza I wasn’t able to purchase any other food that was on the menu they had hot dogs , French fries, wings , mozzarella stick and a few other stuff and I couldn’t get any of that. I did file a complaint with corporate and I tried calling the actual launch multiple times the next morning no answer. I did get everyone of the employees name that lied and gave me multiple excuse on to why I wasn’t able to get any food what’s so ever. I personally will never probably go there again my first and last time . I want half of my money back because I did spend a lot of money for no reason . I deserve a call back from general manager or someone because everyone of those employees need to be held...
Read moreWe just had our son’s 7th birthday party at Launch. Overall, it was great. We had a few minor hiccups throughout the day. We reserved the VIP observing area but they didn’t have a sign or anything so there was a lot of people who were trying to hang out in our area which was fine but we had such a large group, there wasn’t enough space for extra. It was a little awkward having to tell people to find another space if they weren’t part of the party. After our play time was over, the kids ran up for pizza. We had around 18 kids but they only had 1 pizza prepared by the time the kids came up and it took about 10-15 minutes for the rest to come out. They had multiple parties going on so I understood being a little behind. Once all the pizza came, we noticed the time getting closer and closer to our end time. I was about to go find our party host but noticed she already had the cake out so I waited for her to come up. With about 10 minutes left till we had to leave, she still hadn’t brought the cake up. We had maybe 7-8 minutes left when she came but by the time we sang and cut the cake, she told me I could come pay. I went down to pay and it was past our time to leave and she made sure to tell me we had to be out by 3:15. But all the kids were still eating so I rushed everyone to pack up. The host then came up and started throwing everything away and cleaning up which I understood as we were past the time now but if the pizza would’ve been ready when the kids came up and the cake came earlier, we would’ve been done on time. Overall, we enjoyed our time but little things that made it somewhat stressful. The place was clean and the kids...
