Starbucks — Restaurant in Methuen

When I walked in there was nobody waiting in line and the drive thru line had maybe 2-3 cars in it max .. yet I still stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes just waiting for any of the 7 or 8 "barista's" to even acknowledge that I was there. Once one did everything was fine the girl was polite and apologized for the wait.

Wait time for drink was pretty much the usual 5-8 minutes for Starbucks when they aren't busy. that's basically the same way every Starbucks location is really so I'd just kind of plan ahead that you might be standing there waiting for awhile...especially if they're busy! If they're busy I'd suggest ordering ahead on the app so it's ready when you get there if you have limited time.

Walk in there....never again...After 45 min for a simple drink that was not ready , I had to leave and ask for refund , the manager act as typical. .ignoring and dismissive walk away, a gent father order a drink for his kid , in front of me that was on the line, took his order after 30 min and mine were 45 still not ready yet..., its not a place to sit down or take a coffee anymore , just an online order retail store, when you go there to order something you dont know how many online orders they have ahead of you could be 1 could be 50 customers, plus the drive throu ... that was not my first time happen , as i understand after covid work help is hard and the employees were working as hard they could , but is nto their falut , but their system is wrong , I will never go again to any starbuck , for a good coffee I ll choose the small coffee places in...

This is by far the worst Starbucks shop. I usually go to another shop in Salem, NH but was near this one so I ordered a coffee and egg white bites. I stood there for nearly a half hour waiting, and finally spoke up asking where my order was. The employee picked up my order off the counter and slid it over to me, I looked at the time on it and noticed it was sitting there for 20 minutes. It was apparent they make their orders and just throw them off to the side without even engaging with their customers. I’ve been here before and it should be noted how slow, unfriendly, and completely rude they are to their customers.

Plus they prepare food without gloves on.
