Employees were friendly but being that there were only a few customers including myself the wait time to checkout was surprising long considering the amount of employees that were working. The employees that weren't doing anything to employees that were ratio was 80 to 20. Customer service could be better. The website and signs on wall were more informative about 25% off opening discount than staff, they didn't offer any info about any rewards programs they may offer. Very clean though and organized. Prices comparable with other dispensaries in the area. Quality of product definitely was there. Would be 5 stars all around if customer service was better and they were more informative. Because of those things makes me feel like there not trying to increase cliental and word of mouth from personal experience is a great way to do that. I came in yelling, kicking and screaming. I was upset the shop down the store had like a 30 minute wait. I know what I want. I know what I’m looking for. She asked me ‘ What do you like sativa Indica or hybrid?’ I said miss me with that. I need stuff that works. Im From the west coast, Im not familiar with the local strains. I’m talking heavy couch locking things that make new people paranoid. I needed it so loud that when I open it in my living room I’m gonna be afraid the cops are gonna bust that door. They have a small selection of products and there were no employees on the floor to help you if you had any questions about their products. You have to go to a kiosk and select what you want to purchase, then go to the counter to pay and pick5 up your order. I've visited many dispensaries in a lot of states. This isn't the worst I've been in, but it ranks extremely close to the bottom. I do need to give credit where credit is due. The nice younger African American man who checked our IDs before we went in was exceptionally friendly and so nice with an upbeat attitude.
