Tech was extremely rude to my wife with his attitude. First they called that morning to get the correct address never said anything about someone coming out. Second when I called after the tech came he was never suppose to come inside just get numbers off the dish. He Came inside without being invited she asked what he was here for all he said was literally internet. She said you have a dish network shirt on he said its just a shirt not where he was from or anything else. Said it needed fix on their end not ours but said he didnt fix it and if we did not like it to cancel our service so it's what I did. Couldn’t ask for a better group to work with! Customer service is what separates the corporate answering machines from next day service. Although, I highly recommend to treat everyone with respect because they won’t put up with any non sense.
