so this is two part. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews but this needs to be said. first. Dr Simmons is one of the best doctors I have had. I used him thru my pregnancy as my family practitioner and is the absolute best. With that said, I wasn’t fortunate enough to be his patient this time. My daughter had some wax build up in her ear. The nurse was sweet and flushed it even tho it was uncomfortable we understood it was necessary. When Alyssa ( sp ? ) the NP came in and flushed it again, she had no bedside manner and I’m pretty sure my daughter is scarred from going to doctor again. She said ‘bear with me’ to my 6 year old and squirted that water in her ear over and over. She dug into it, which I know was necessary, but the nurse before hand said she had gotten most and Alyssa pulled my daughters ear so hard she started screaming and I even had to ask her to stop. she was uncomfortable from hello and obviously had never been around children before. If she comes in the room next time we are there we will leave. terrible appointment...

The visit was absolutely amazing starting with Jennifer. She was super nice, made it easy for me to check in, asked questions, and called me by my first name as well. I wasn’t expecting that, but it made my suspense go down and relaxed me and made thr process very easy and relaxing

Cassie called me to the back was super nice as well; she was quick, easy to deal with, got me in and out, great job.

Kristen, personally, was very outgoing; it felt like we had been knowing each other for years, got me in and out, and she was a lifesaver, so thank you. Krist was clean, and everybody was professional. So if you need care! They will take good care of you....

Brian, Kristen, Gabby & Laurie went above and beyond! We ended up needing to stay after hours, on a Saturday night at that! Brian made a personal call the pharmacy to ensure medicine would be there for me to pick up and bring back (they were getting ready to close too). Ms. Laurie kept a lookout and made sure the door remained unlocked for me. They just, wow! 10/10 exceeded all expectations from bedside care to customer service. They always remained respectful and considerate of the situation. I can’t brag enough! They definitely did more than they had too! Sunday, they called just to check and see how he was doing. Just all around, the whole staff...
