The management staff is stellar always made to order and always a great experience more fast junk food options than before would like more healthy options but the best drinks and now u can add sweet cream to them and they taste just like a snow cone flavor too u can also order coffee with cold brew or hot with several options to accommodated u don't want to pay the exorbitant prices at Starbucks across the street to every wed night when in a pinch is 1.99 wacky packs the app offers all day happy hours and rewards freebies for new menu items to try them out and birthday freebies larger size options on sides now and smaller options for sweets available also if wanted from sundaes to slush floats to cheddar peppers and new totchos nacho tater tots which are awesome come on in and give this sonic a try it also is one of the few with current music playing all day an outdoor gated playground picnic tables and they are available for birthday parties or other reservations also there is a court for volleyball or basketball attached to just spend the evening hanging with friends too and in this heat wouldn't u love to take your kids to the playground your teen to a game of bball And get them out of the house so maybe one night u don't have to clean and cook push the lil red button and let them provide u a great meal dessert at great prices and all while u sit in the shade at the picnic table and relax with your feet up and not worrying about them for just five mins today u know u would so come to sonic and check it out and the manager will accommodate anything u need great guy ask for Jay the management staff also is so awesome nobody knows a menu like Keke maria is gonna have it right fast and ready before u can blink and Marisol will have the place so clean u would feel healthier there than anywhere in the world safety always the crew is amazing and girls and guys both carhop so don't hold back if ur 16 love near by and need a job...

I made a mobile order with two small orders of mozzarella sticks and a large drink. Paid for my order online. I went to pick it up and was waiting for the line to move up so I could get in line. It took so long I decided to park at the last stall and they would bring my order and I would be out their way. The stall wasn’t working. I called inside and she said she would check me in. I waited ten minutes and no food. Several cars had pulled through the drive thru. I finally call back and told them to refund my card. I could hear someone saying, She haven’t received her order.” The person asked if I wanted to put my name down and come back. I told her no. I don’t want free food. I want my order out in a timely manner. I worked at Sonic and I know the order has a time limit to be out.

I went one morning and got one drink online order. (Paid before I got there) They took care all the people in the drive thru before they brought me my drink.

I went another time and went through the drive thru and you sit in a long line and they make you wait until you get to the window to get your drink that’s paid in advance. My issue isn’t waiting until I get to the window. My issue is two ladies in my presence doing nothing but talking and haven’t tried to help. The whole time I’m in the drive thru I pay attention to how many workers are working and I take that into consideration. I've dined at sonic with my family for 4 over 20 times easy. It's by home. However, we have had more bad experiences than good. For starters, as of Dec 19th, 2022, the kitchen is Full of kids who get paid by the time and not by performance, and it shows. They do not care. We have paid for and Not received FULL MEALS! I understand forgetting a drink or napkins maybe getting stingy with sauce, but again, this has happened so much that it's common. The management does nothing but argue, I've had an oil change done faster than picking up a mobile order of just 2 slushies. The speakers and screens go out a lot, and you're left stupid just waiting. The park is nice to take your kids (if you clean up all the trash 1st since the other kid crew is to busy messing up orders) I've worked at Mcds so I understand how it's made and served but to be rude to the customer and keeping them waiting and still forgetting is just wrong. I support Sonic if it's a fast blue Hedgehog but never again wasting my time or money on that over greased over sugared unhealthy 🐌 🦥 SLOW......food restaurant.
