Miami Jet Ski Rental Connect — Local services in Miami Beach

I went with my brother for my birthday and the jet ski experience itself was very fun, but the customer service was sub par. First, the man on the phone gave me the wrong link to the temporary boat license and I payed $15 for it to then be later directed to a different website and pay an additional $10 because the first one wasn’t the “right one.” (They did not take the $15 off my total the 150, they just blamed the man for giving me the wrong one no resolution ) Next, the ladies on the boat need customer service training, no form of hospitality at all. They seemed annoyed like here just do this and that no hi hello nothing calling us bro, barely helped us get into and off the boat. When we finally got to the raft to board the jet ski the man that was instructing us was very nice and informative Good job to him! Yalianna I believe her name was gave us a $20 special to take pics and vids on her iphone and stated it is usually $40 that was nice I guess. Also don’t book thinking you’re gonna get to go far out you have to stay within about 1 and a half mile range. Also the boat operator lady made a comment very bluntly about me and my brother saying you know the jet skis have a weight limit right? I said yes on the website it’s 400lbs and i informed her me and my brothers weight combined was 370 she said the weight limit isnt over 300 , if that’s true yall need to change your website. Very rude and misinformation all around. Edit: This is proof I did book with you guys. My name isn’t even posted on my Gmail account? So what did you look up?? Do not rent here. The jet skis are falling to pieces. The host has a horrible attitude. There is a very limited area to use the jet ski that they don't tell you about until you're on their floating dock. They also don't mention that you may be arrested if you end up in some unknown part of the bay. All you can do is ride in circles and get yelled at by some woman who can't accurately describe the riding boundaries. Save your money and do not rent here. Scammers. I asked for a partial refund and will update this if they respond.

Update: they responded via text and told me we entered a manatee zone. I looked up the State map and they were making it up. They also did not mention these protected zones and that it's an arrest if you enter them. It would be very important to know this first. I sent them a screenshot of the State map and called the guy on his lie. He asked for a 5 star review with no comments for a $75...

Overall the whole experience was terrible, starting with the fact that they did not process our reservation online and we had to wait for a long time for them to have a solution. The person in charge is completely disrespectful and rude, the whole time we were there she was yelling and talking in a bad way, finally ending in an argument. This was a Christmas present for my boyfriend and it was completely ruined by the attitude and service of these people. Finally, all the delay on their part and that it was the last shift of the day before sunset meant that the time to mount the bikes was not even a full hour, because they had to organize for the closing. I definitely think there are better companies to rent jetskis in Miami and I would not want to have to go through this situation again knowing that I am paying...
