The place looks nice, food is as good as any other BK, but the service is not good at this location.
Many of the employees here look pissed, as if they really hate working here. Employee disposition is a reflection of management, which must be tough here.
I’ve visited this place three times this month and I have always gotten some attitude, but today was the worst.
Some employees are better than others, though. Earnestine was very nice during my visit today and even engaged in conversation. However, Tosha (or Tasha) was as rude as one can be. It is not surprising another reviewer posted a picture complaining about her (I think it's her in the picture). .
Long story short: the drink machine was not working and the nice Latino guy who was working on it told me to ask at the counter for the drink until they fixed the problem.
Enter Tosha. Three more people were waiting for drinks at the counter, and she had been ignoring all of them. She was working the drive-thru but was waiting for items to be ready, so she had time. One person told her if she could give him a drink and, with an awful attitude, and on the louder side, she said to go to the machine. When informed the machine was not working, she looked at it, turn around and left as if that wasn’t her problem.
In total, all four of us stayed there waiting for about 5–7 minutes for a drink. At one time, I asked her for a drink, and she just looked at me, and without a word turned around. I respond to attitude with attitude, and when she turned around, I asked her if we could go behind the counter to get it. She looked back, gave me a look, and turned around.
Other kitchen employees were looking at her and the customers, knowing what was happening, but no-one intervened. When she finally decided it was time to serve the drinks, she came to me and, as pissed, asked: “What do you want?” I told her: “Oh, I don’t want a drink now. Just your name. You seem the type of person who would spit on my drink.” Tosha’s response….: “Uhum.” I asked for her name and left.
With the amount of reviews here addressing staff attitude, I am surprised ownership hasn’t done anything to improve this. Ownership: Responding to a bad review with just an apology doesn’t fix...
Read moreSharon this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was reviewing my order (inside the bag) and she kept telling me to leave. She did 3 times in a row in a matter of three to five seconds. I explained I was making sure that my order was complete. Sure enough she did not give me my receipt. I parked and walked back to the window. When I asked for the receipt she slammed the window right on my face and told me to go inside the restaurant. I went to drive thru because I was late to drop my daughter to school. I had no other choice I went inside and asked for the receipt. She gave me the receipt all crumbled up. She started arguing with me and that’s when I had enough patience and argued back with her. She told me the “F you” word and right after started filming me! I had not done or said ANYTHING to this woman! It was like if she woke up in the mood to make trouble for someone and my luck it happened to be me. I was very angry that she started all this to film me. I finally left and thais is how angry this woman was inside that I was parked inside my car with my daughter and she kept obsessively recording us from inside the establishment’s window! This is a very disruptive, disturbing, and scary behavior. I think this woman is dangerous. She said her name was Sharon, but I don’t know if its true because she did not even have a name tag on her. This absolutely ruined my daughter’s and my day. My daughter was so late to school after all this that she had to miss school. This woman should not work in any job that has to deal with service, or customer service. Horrible...
